Okemo is a ton of fun. Not the biggest challenge but the grooming is great, the snow is great, and its better than Blue. No reason to turn down a trip to Vermont!
  2. Doug will scare him away like everybody else on this site with his stupidity. Only the strong survive. I'll be waiting for it in the mail.
  3. Carpooling is okay. Meet the people before doing it though or else that's just creepy. See you at Blue.
  4. Heard the same. Wasn't it Apply Valley? Not that it matters... My dad went there a few times but learned to ski in the Navy at some playboy ski hill in Michigan maybe?
  5. Lies. You're not a member there. Members only.
  6. this sounds like bad news.
  7. Glad you are doing well with your business. Thanks for what you did there - like I said before, I wouldn't have gone up there if you didn't post. Mostly because of that stupid moose...
  8. not many changes will happen... initially.
  9. what are you up to now? miss your updates for sure - thats what got me there a few years ago and kept me coming back at least once a year...
  10. You're a waste too, but we haven't put an end to you yet.
  11. Great editorial about the upcoming Olympics, for those interested. http://sports.yahoo.com/news/why-no-one-wants-to-host-the-2022-olympics-225450509.html
  12. Leaves starting to change pretty nicely around here during my run - another week and it should be good! And of course another great sunset. Really never gets old.
  13. dude don't worry about it and just keep track.
  14. What. A. Day. Started out by waking up around 6:45. The skies were dark and it looked like rain. I figured 'what the hell, you only live once - YOLO I'm gonna rack it'. So, I got out of bed and continued with my plan. Showered. Dressed. Out the door. I got to work around 8:00 after stopping at Dunkin Donuts for coffee. I check my emails, took a dump (JLaw +1, please) and made a phone call. What I saw next came as a surprise.... I got excited and a bit stiff for a second. Skis ordered on Monday with 10-15 day shipping we're going to be here TODAY. I didn't know how to respond to this so I went back and took a dump (JLaw I'm at 2 now) I was so excited it was hard to focus at work. What bindings do I put on? Do I take old off bacon and on to these? Do I buy new? Do I put on the AT bindings? Should I buy more skis? Do I need to poop again? The thoughts were endless. Fast forward a few hours. I get home. I look around. There's no package on the front porch. None by the garage. Did they put it back on the deck? No. Is it by the basement door on the side? No. Suddenly I feel like a deflated balloon. The hope I had for the 3-day delivery on the skis I expected to come in 15 went right out the window. I didn't know what to do now. I was upset. I checked my phone to see the status and there it was. Just what I wanted to see - 'out for delivery'. BOOM. On their way.... But when? I went upstairs, got changed into my running gear, and laced up my shoes. Time to go for a run until it gets here. I usually get passed by the UPS guy on my way home as I'm coming up the hill to where I live. I figured if I cut the run short I could beat him home. That's the plan of attack I was going to take. My endorphins told me to stay and wait in excitement but my body told me to go run. I came down the stairs and looked out the window to see if the rain stopped. It did. Time for a run. But wait! An early visit from the Gods! I, the 'customer man', ran outside and met the guy. He told me he was concerned that the ends of the package were folded up compared to the rest. I assured him it was okay because they were skis. I secretly cried thinking that there could be damage. I brought the package inside and prepared to open up what I've been waiting for forever. Or just 3 days. I got my pocket knife and sliced away the packaging. There they were. As beautiful as I imagined. I checked them to make sure there were no cuts, scrapes, bumps, or bruises. Everything was okay. Finally. I've never experienced anything like it before. It was surprisingly quick. And I have to say it is just like everybody talks about and then some. It is something I hope happens again in the future. A dream come true. A fantasy I've only dreamed of. I got Head. I've never owned head skis before, but I've spent time on them at demo days. I'm pretty pumped. Now I just wish ski season would come quickly! And now I'm posting this from the bathroom (+3 for the day JLaw) after cuddling with my skis for a bit. I can only hope that others from PASR have the same experience that I did...
  15. Or free if you have a season pass. But how about not charging at all - that makes more sense.
  16. If you bring a big enough tent.
  17. 191. A 22m radius is carvy enough for sure. Reviews look great. Got a good deal. It's worth a shot - if they suck, I know not to get them again. Oh man I hope that the graphics don't hurt the performance. I hate when that happens [emoji51] They aren't ugly. Just simple.
  18. Head Cyclic 115s - any reviews or suggestions?
