haha yeah man i was thinking the same thing when i was watching it. can't believe how much that park has improved in the last 3 years. goes to show you that it takes people who ski/ride park to build one as opposed to Zinc-ies from palmerton.

people will buy it. weekends at those places will be packed when the lines inside are too long. not a waste of money. just because you wont eat there doesnt mean nobody else will. and you are lucky that you even get a discount on food there, so really, you should stop complaining and be glad that they are putting the money into something other than their pockets.

i have just as much disposable income that i would if i rented, and i'm till 'paying to live somewhere'. i never thought i would buy a house when i was 23, but it was the best decision that i've made so far and the mortgage will be paid off in 22 years max. with just one income (hopefully that will change within the next few years).
