i think that as long as somebody has bought a pass to your mountain (one ticket or a season pass)... you should provide them with the skiing/boarding that they have paid for...

give it a shot. as of tonight the park wasnt at its best because of the rain but on a good day like tomorrow it could be crazy again. if you like to ski park then i would suggest Blue. if you want longer runs and more vert then i would suggest blue. if you want more of a variety of trails and whatnot... go to CB.... buit you ahve been there before so why not give Blue a shot? nothing wrong with change. and i'll be there pretty much all day tomorrow because i dont have class on thursdays...

i would assume that they are kidna struggling with all of this crap weather going on.. even some parks of blue were starting to get sketchy...

i think its on the 28th or something like that from what i heard (next thursday).... but i still dont think they have a pipe or will ahve time to throw something substantial together by then... i think i might enter it in the skier-novice group.... i cant do much and im kinda new to the freeskiing scene...

that only happens if you like skiing on saturday and sunday afternoons with all of New Jersey. ski early morning and it will be 10000x better.

i think that it will be nice tomorrow during the day... probably from when the sun hits it until it starts getting colder... so id say about 11-3 it would be perfect. tonight it was an icy death. tomorrow after being groomed and hopefully some frsh snow from tonight, it will be good. i dont have any classes tomorrow so il'l probably be up there in that time fram for a bit and then through the night.

Blue Mountain... the True Mountain....

i think i would rather ski the park anyway. it would be better for me to work on my skills in the park instead of racing... since i want to start doing more comps this year. i'm tired of watching justo's brother and him win crap and i just sit there and be jealous of all the free shit that they get. its time for me to step up my game.

if i didnt have a park ski with no edges i would definately try it. i always watned to race when i was little but we never really had the money for it.... so i got into freestyle and whatnot. thank god.

i'll be there... but in the park. i dont have classes on thursdays so i plan on going up nice and early and then doing some errands and then going back up at night.

oh thats true... i forgot that real mountains arent able to do that. when you make your own gun at home you can just take the 10 foot hose off and blow the water out... it might be hard to do that with an 800ft metal pipe. haha

drive down to Blue for a day...i think you might be impressed.

all they would ahve to do is cut off the water supply and let the air keep blowing the amke sure there is no water left in it. thats what i do with my snowgun and it seems to do the job.

i think its a good place to put any tools that you have or any other objects that could possibly hurt you if you fall and its in your pocket/jacket thats the only use i can see that it might have

honestly... i could care less which park is better (even though it would be nice for Blue to have the better park for bragging rights! haha). they are both going to be sick and are going to continue to get progressively better. as long as they are both good and keep pushing each other to go bigger and better i wont have any complaints.

its 45 feet long ... but yeah, its still prettty large and in charge

well whose fault is it that the lines were frozen? they obviously didnt blow all the excess water out of them when they were done. stuff liek that really shouldnt be happening.

jsut a HUGE flat rail that is maybe 4 inches wide and about 100 feet long. you could get super technical on that.

back to the topic... anybody know what the set-up might be or who is going to be there?

look on newschoolers.... i saw pretty much every model of next year's skis so far.

i never heard of that and i didnt have any problems in hs.

i wouldnt doubt that he took it. the kid is 12. what does he need with it at this time? it was a gift certificate anyway. papasteeze isnt somebody who would spend it on himself. he is proud of what his kid does and wouldnt take thnigs away from him. thats a rediculous post. they dont.. gift certificates and prizes
