    In slow snow you have to straight run before a flat and as momentum slows start polling and skating..be happy you weren't on a snowboard..with fresh snow steepness and speed is your friend. any liftlines???

    The new snow should groom in well with the manmade. There was no wind with this snowfall it's so pretty and fluffy

    Ahhh get there first thing that's the key after a snowstorm people arrive a little later because they're digging out.

    I just think that would be a deterrent in opening the north face only...usually people ski up to a lodge. I don't think an early opening has ever been an interest for Montage but luckily they should be open next weekend.

    We've been skiing the same trail at Blue for 6 ski days so far...it's a lot better than not skiing. Way to get after it.

    On their FB page Blue said they were hoping for midweek skiing before Xmas so looks like one more week of no weekday skiing especially since they're allowing midweek passholders weekend access. Very unlike Blue but they are trying to save money.

    I like how you tried to fart on Ryan's head last week. Just was outside wow this storm is a big time overperformer. Probably almost 6" total and the stuff coming down now has serious fluff factor.
