$200 statement credit, wow...any minimum spend. On my united airlines card I had to spend $3,000 in three months for a bonus 50,000 miles which has a value of perhaps $750. Also you and Nancy get way more than your money’s worth so I don’t see the problem. You two just analyze stuff way too much. Glad you two bit the bullet.

I think the average blue passholder skis 15-20 days a season. No way 4-6 days. I think what Blue is charging for season passes is perfect, especially considering they will surely sell out of season passes soon. Blue has a very captive audience.

Most of my customers use credit cards.

A majority of Americans don’t ski or snowboard. Also there’s this thing called a credit card.

Most Blue passholders don’t want to ski an inferior PA mountain. $650 is such a small amount of money..I do get families who purchase 4-5 passes that’s a lot of money...I wonder what the average household income is of Blue season passholders. I’d guess we’ll into the six figures. Even higher for the New Yorkers and Asian invasion peeps who only come on busy weekends and shell out $126 for lift tickets and have $100k plus SUVs.

I’d rather see Blue make the money selling passes to non season passholders.

After this season I’m done giving out my buddy pass. Life was simpler when I just set it aside for Zonked and let it expire.

My thought is if you don’t have a Blue pass, it will dramatically hurt the number of days you ski next season. You have 11 days so far at Blue and I’m sure you’ll have a few more so this years pass was worth it for you even though you got off to a late start and were away quite a bit.

I have quite the bruise on my butt/upper thigh from my ides of March exit. Gonna skip skiing today and hope most of the pain has subsided by Friday AM. The worst thing is getting up out of bed and rolling over...walking around isn’t that bad.

Yeah Cloudmount. I guess I’m the only person who read the white book of ski areas as a kid. Until about ten years ago, Blue didn’t release their pricing until early fall when they released their new brochure.
