It’s always worth it once you’re there even if it’s raining or you’re a little tired when the alarm clock goes off the next morning and it’s still dark outside.

Nice I definitely have to hit up winter park for a day next trip to Colorado. Last trip I wanted to but four pow days in a row kept me local because of the driving.

It looks like northern areas are going to receive less rain..looking like it clears out around 6am at mount pocono and noon in Philly so at Blue could be like that Blinde melon song at Boot Up Thirty..no rain...and nice temperatures. Tomorrow’s the day. Hard to tell what Sunday will bring..if it’s a monsoon I’ll be at Whole Foods checking out milfs and eating a breakfast quesadilla and nitro ice coffee with almond milk..

The hour by hour forecast shows showers at 8am tomorrow and 9am cloudy..looks like we could have a nice little break in the rain tomorrow AM...I agree with Toast about Sunday. New page whoopty whoop

Alarm is set for 545AM. I’ll get up look at radar and if it’s not that bad I’ll be up for opening tomorrow...I’m glad Blue is gonna be open tomorrow 8-4 and Sunday 8-10.

I’m back from a fun session...I arrived at the lower lot around 640pm and in the House were PARidge, Antman, Antman cousin, West Chester Peeps, West Chester Guys Siberian husky, Atomic Jeff and Shadows. The temperature was around 30 degrees and there was a bit of a fog and mist near the peak. The two runs I skied were Main Street and Lazy to the falls both from the comet quad which was the lift du jour. Lazy mile was pretty smooth a bit of light sugar..the experts only pole is still up on the way to Falls which shadows got steeZy air off of. Main Street was a little more sugar, top was nice..shuttle to homestretch slow..I miss lower park and Central Park but they will be open after the next cold spell. Paradise looks ready for the weekend I don’t think tomorrow. Skied until 840pm then hangout in the lot till almost 930 drank a dank beer Jeff brought I forgot the name of it but it was high test. I’m hoping for a few breaks in the weather this weekend perhaps Saturday late morning we shall see..and Sunday sometime. JADIP

Hey All, It’s almost the weekend. Is anybody gonna be at Blue mountain the true mountain this weekend? Saturday looks like the potential of a washout but with 48 more hours to go maybe things will change..I’d like to ski Saturday if Blue is open. If you just have one day to ski this weekend, Sunday will be your time to shine with only a chance of showers. Will be nice having the first weekend at Blue with the lower lot. Maybe Root will take Atomic Jeff’s parking spot.
