poconoceancity Posted September 4, 2012 Report Share Posted September 4, 2012 I went back to work today and halfway through the morning session of meetings they kicked us out of the building for unhealthy levels of mold in the school. We were told to return on Monday. This means that we are starting off the school year with 3 days that have to be made up in June. The market hasn't changed up there ever. We will probably do a year rental up there soon and see how often we use it, before buying. poconoceancity Posted September 6, 2012 Author Report Share Posted September 6, 2012 I'm hoping for a 10% raise next year...depends if we can keep pumping out a lot of tombstones...we've never had less than a 5% raise...even at 5% takes 14 years for pay to double.
