Wao, @AtomicSkier should fly me out there tomorrow in his aeroplane
-
I wonder if @Ski2Live Live2Ski is getting a lot of Perder at Breckenridge??
-
Big time, last year I went to Jamestown, VA which was founded in 1607. That's hella old AF.
-
The history of this area is fascinating. While standing there I was pondering all the tons of coal that passed through the gap and fueled so much economic growth during the industrial revolution. I used Strava on my cheap cell phone.
-
Hiked up the western side of the Lehigh Gap today. Wao! Grate trail. @toast21602 did you know there are trains in the Lehigh Gap?? Also had a Tamaqua sighting while viewing a sign. @AtomicSkier Tamaqua talk.
-
Wao maybe tomorrow I'll hike the Lehigh Gap and check out 14N for gliding intel, and perhaps I'll add Blue Mountain Resorts to my itinerary to check this out
-
There's a really nice Taco Bell in Frisco, I love ordering off the dollar menu.
-
Correct. Yes, I like celeriac, ratatouille, tabbouleh, aubergine, brinjal, bok choy, oak choy, and potato salad.
-
I still need the building to keep warm from the blustery Rocky Mountain winter, the flaming hot wood stove, the delicious meats, the various seasoning, metal clicky tongs to cook said meat, a comfy seat to wait for meat to sizzle, an infinite supply of toast to grill, utensils, glass cup to pour my Yoohoo, more seasonings, the ambience, radical rock music playing in the background to liven the mood, and electricity for lighting so I can observe if my meat is well done or extra well done. Oh and also for a side of Steeze Fries.
-
The steak place in Silverthorne is rad. You can cook your own meat and even cook toast on a grill.
-
How do you know, you've never been there?? Maybe you should meet up with Ski2Live and you guys can start a singing duet band from the Rocky Mountain Superchair and sing Fa la la la for all skiing revelers below
-
Wao Breckenridge sure is a popular ski destination this season. I think this is the 4th distinct PASR trip there this year. Maybe Breckenridge will replace Jackson Hole as the annual PASR ski trip resort.
-
Oh wao, when I went in early March rental cars were like $700. Though I'm always leery of those places that have the super cheap cars like Fox and "Nu"... they must rent out clunkers that will probably break down halfway through the Eisenhower Tunnel
-
Ore Bucket and Wanderlust are fun trails through the woods off Independence Chair. Though I have no clue what's open since I haven't been paying attention to skiing anymore
-
@AtomicSkier was there recently, he probably has some really grate tips
-
Nope. It looks like they had a rad time though. I'm hella jelly!
-
I don't know how to ski uphill. Plus I never get invited to any PASR ski functions outside of. Blue, but biking season is on the horizon so I might be getting some invites for rad bike outings and camping trips.
-
Does this mean we wont have to start every season at that dumb top lodge anymore?
-
@AtomicSkier this trip report sucks, not even one food pic!
-
Blue mountain just texted me via carrier pigeon they're opening Connector tomorrow morning. April Fools!
-
Be sure to write a report!!
