  1. i am skipping out on school with some friends and should be at blue by 9, and staying all day, getting to use my free pass on my jacket just look for a black andwhite jacket and black helmet with a PASR sticker on the back and brown oakley pants, and shout out cuz i willbe with 2 beginners, but i can get away for a few runs b/c there are other kids teaching them
  2. sounds like you guys had an awsome time, last time i was at smuggs was probably 6 years ago and its was early march and it snowed 6 inches on top of another 8 that feel earlier in the week and that was my first time riding in snow deep enough to cover my board so smuggs is a fond memory. i hope to get back ther soon, if not next year if i end up going to school in VT
  3. amazing pics as always sib, bi mountain seems so unique form other mountains out west
  4. this should be in the site discusion forum
  5. my thoughts go out to the familys of those who have passed away, it does seem like an increased number of ski injuries have taken place so far this year some might say global warming

how many times so you guys wax at one time, like drippin gwas on spreading it around then scraping then another cycle, or one is enough
  7. pretty sure you are wrong right there i am 99% sure that there are many ppl who are much better than you here one being Ski another being atomic when he isnt hurt, snowboarding wise i bet that d harrisburg is better than most on the blue staff and i am wondering are you a robot?
  8. real sorry to hear about that, and dont think for a moment there is noone to talk to cuz everyone is aroudn to help vibes+++++++++++++
  9. he pretty much summed it all up, not much beginner, good expert and bumps, very dedicated lessons program, there is a huge building for it, probably bigger than the lodge and midweek it is empty.

    snow

hmm i have planned to be sick on monday from school so this may work out nicely since i was planning on spending the day at the True Mountain
  14. hit up okemo the have 105 trials open out of 117 and 16 lifts running
  15. they have a huge base down, prob the deepest in recent years and have made it through last year with decent conditons when it was awful everywhere else, and if u extend ur trip a little longer, u could get dumped on liike 1ft wiht this next noreaster comming through on mon up there. And the groomers know what they are doign interms of leaving no spots uncovered if there is a decent base
  16. nike do u work on the park crew for sno? and that is a sick pic in ur sig, u got hooked up
  17. not a problem, we know a family who's grandparents live up there and they have old us that it rarely gets crowded, which is a bit funny becuase it is on the beaten path, everyone that goes to okemo for the most part, passes right by the base of bromley, the lifts are right there visible from the road.
  18. my friend said he had the best skiing days on the 31 and 1st of his life wiht close to 3ft of new snow and the best conditions he has skied at okemo and he has been going every year christmas and in Feb for many years now, more than 5. And in all the years i ahve been there, which has been 5 in a row, i am extreamly dissapointed that i am not returning this feb with all of the snow VT has been geting, kinda a tradition going there everyyear and have gotten to know the place so well
  19. well hunter can get very crowded but the better question is what skiing ability are you. Hunter caters more to beginners and advanced skiiers, not very much intermediate terrian and the beinnnger and advanced trails are not integrated at all, there is on area, Hunter One, and a another lift for beginners and then there is the main mtn which is more advanced, i realized this 2 years ago when i went with my mom and little sister, there really wasnt much terrian for her as an intermediate skier and it wasnt a fun time for her, if you want to stay inthe catskill area check out Wyndam. and stratton is going to be packed durring the US and that might make it less croweded at other southern VT resorts, such as okemo, MT snow and Magic, or even Bromley which is rarley crowded.
  20. today my friend pointed out that they say 23 trials open and 24 groomed?

i bought some skull candy smokin buds with gift certificate i had to best buy and took them out of the case today and they sound awsome and are really comfortable, the ipod ones were very uncomfortable after about half and hour
  22. crowds do get bad but its still fun, parks get very good as the year goes on, big booters, and nice rails. i am talking to a friend who is up there now and he said he had 2 of his best days skiing so far this year and in past years on the 31 and 1 when they got close to 2ft of snow. Just gotta look around for things
