Today was a lot of fun

They got water park $$. Seriously does anyone really believe skiing is their priority?

Took a gamble and opted for Big Boulder today over Blue. Met up with JFSkiDan around 10. Did a few laps on Tannenbaum before Merry Widow opened. First few runs on Love Park were $$$. Upper Sitzmark also opened shortly thereafter proving options from the top. Upper Sitz was also lots of fun. Snow was good overall but the cookies came out at the top of Love. Not much in the way crowds but lines did start to form on Merry Widow around 11:30 or so. Peaced out around noon. The goal for today was to be able to ski a decent run with minimal crowds and that goal was achieved so I'm cool. Oh also saw Antman but couldn't catch up with him. Great day. See y'all at Blue tomorrow am.

But i really really want to try out my new skis

If no Main Street I may ski BB Friday if they have Love Park open. Is it sacrilege to think that? Come around is cool but im not feeling opening day crowds on the limited terrain that they plan on having open. Still happy that they are opening none the less.

I'm off Friday my ass is skiing somewhere Fri. Even if it's laps on Love park. Fingers crossed for Blue Sat am

Thought about it but family came to visit on Saturday. Sunday was my b day and spending it with my wife and kids by far trumps a WROD on Freedom. That said 10 to 6 didn't work either day.
