Glacier bumps is exactly what it was last night. There were areas where it was a straight sheet of ice.

Nah. VIP line is pointless. Quiet on this side of the hill though. Not sure if I want to risk going back just yet. Main street is nice. There's a series of dark rollers toward the bottom which I caught thankfully. Patroller drills on main in the pic.

Everyone had PEs back then. It was when we all went "fat" at 85. Lol

I saw deadhead Bob! He was macking with one of the school group ladies in the quad lines. Saw the patroller drills too. They were playing who can make the widest turns game. It was great being stuck behind that. Holler if you see me!

Complete shit show. 6 isn't running. Quad lines back past the johnny turnstiles. Slopes empty though like mute said. 20 minutes or so in line. One run on coming soon so far. Beautiful night out though. Snows good enough.

Just got 2 boxes in the mail today....jumped on it over the weekend when I saw they were available on walgreens.com. waiting on 4 more boxes that I ordered a while ago. Not really concerned about the government freebies. Believe it or not the 4 boxes I had previously came in handy. Thankfully no positive but peace of mind and all that. My father felt like he had a cold last week. Did a home test and got a positive. He immediately quarantined. He's very vocal about the booster and thenfact that COVID has been pretty much a non issue for him because of it. Runny nose, some coughing and that's it.

Stoked for you man. Can't wait to read the TR and hear your thoughts on WF. fingers crossed that the summit quad opens for you tomorrow. Not sure where they are with lookout mountain yet. Either way Essex, approach, northway speed runs to the base off little wf are always good first thing. Smoke signals is open from 4 to 9 tomorrow...Bazzis always comes through though. I've never seen that place closed. Hope you all have a great time. Potential for snow on Wednesday! Layer up though. Forecast looks brisk. Can't wait till we're there in March!

As someone who's skied at Frost almost 200x with the vast majority of them being really really good...this is sad to hear. Frost has so much potential and Vail, I'm sure, doesn't care.

Today was good. Different, but good. Worth the drive for sure. 6.5 or 7 out of 10 overall. Main Street was an 8.5, NWDW 8 whereas coming soon was a 3 or 4. Zero crowds to speak of. The key was to find groomer tracks to get any kind of momentum. Trails that were groomed last seemed to be best. Other trails that had snow over what was groomed felt like skiing on glue. I don't think I ever turned as much on razors. Bottom of falls literally stopped you in your tracks. OTOH main was like main...a tad grippier but you could get speed and was consistent t2b. NMDW was similar and I dug the rollers on the right side. CS was bad however, but will probably get better as people ski it... Overall a fun day.

Saw 3 cars in ditches on the way home.
