Correct, Black Bear is getting rebuilt tonight.

Another fun but uneventful night tonight. Met my cousin in the lot and 445, then met up with my coworker for our first 4 runs down cascade. Coworker went to teach lessons and my cousin and I went over to F lift for 5 or 6 runs. Not the greatest conditions on Cascade/Blackbear so I kept it low key in the park. No reason to risk it. F lift side was a little better plus shorter lift lines so we stayed over there for a bit longer than normal. Groundhogs day…3 solo runs followed by 3 runs with my co-worker before his lesson then 3 more runs off of F Lift. Good fun soft conditions and light crowds till 5 before the lines got busier.

The issues with the quad is starting to get out of hand. It’s everyday all day at this point. At what point do they shut it down for a couple days and actually fix it and not bandaid it together?

Great post. Awesome to hear you’ve regained your passion again, even more so at Bear Creek. I’ll keep a look out for you. I haven’t been up since last Wed and since then they’ve added all the jumps, hips and bowls to Black Bear so I look forward to riding that. I should be up Wed night and ride the same time as you…between 4-8 depending on work that day.

It stopped on me and mixi yesterday. After 20ish seconds it did the little 2 step sputter and we both said “aw f*** here we go.” Fortunately it was only stopped for about a minute. No plans on riding it except once a morning or so to hit CS.

3-5 here in Pennsburg, hard to tell with the wind and fluffy snow. Shoutout to my lazy ass neighbors who trampled all over the front sidewalk while walking their dogs rather than actually shovel it. I loathe lazy people. Just got done shoveling and helping some people shovel. Fun 2 hours out in the snow. That’s it for my weather TR. lol.
