  1. Yup, but there was plenty of other runs with fresh perder to ski until Razors opened. Razors had some sweet fresh along the fences, since people are too scared to ski close to them.
  2. Don't forget the RTMs, like anyone around here ever will anymore.
  3. Get your GoAmateur out and record the lesson for posterity.
  4. Have a good trip and don't drink too little!
  5. Tarpon and I saw them in the VIP line and got to chat with them about their trip. Sounded like a great time.
  6. That's was going to be my guess as well.
  7. I don't recall the bump dates/amount, but if you go to BM's site now, they have it listed at $749.00 all days.
  8. Yeah, but we were kinda "forced" into pre-buying last year with their "There are only so many left". Wonder if they're gonna do that again?
  9. With how much you ski at Blue, buying the pass in Feb you'll still get your money out of it. I had this year's pass paid off before the end of last ski season and that was primarily skiing on the weekends.
  10. Blue sorta has that benefit, if you're willing to get there at open when the majority of the Philly, New Jersey and New York crowds have yet to appear. Cameltoe's "First Trax" doesn't help over the course of the day though when it does get crowded.
  11. Does Cameltoe have VIP lines for season pass holders?
  12. I'll wax and sharpen them for you for $50, now that's a bargain!
  13. Went up for the party primarily and to get in a few runs. Got into the lot just before 6pm, after dropping wife up in Summit to start drinking early and get first tracks with M80. Most of the way up it was misting, but getting heavier as we approached the ridge. Coming over the mountain, there was a bit of snow mixing in with the drizzle. Employee lot was chock full of busses, there had to be at least 20 in there, but the slopes didn't feel crowded. Razor's was being worked on by the groomers, which was looking quite thin on the inside corners, but they had a load of snow to spread around. NM had some whales, but a groomer had made a single pass through them, so it's a mess. DW was groomed but closed with a skier/boardercross course set up. BMR had Challenge all to themselves. Snow was compressed by the mist and warmth and was wicked fast, but very carveable. Barney's troughs weren't soft, but weren't hard either, but they too were fast and you had to work to keep the speed in check. After a few runs, retired to the bar where I saw Matt having a beer. Took part in the 80's dress up contest, but got the boot first round. I think some ZZ Top dressed guy with a real beard won it.
  14. If you want any special mount, be sure to talk directly to the ski tech, don't just rely on the salesperson to pass along the information as it tends not to get to them and/or they don't look at instructions on ticket.
  15. I can see the Dings being given out already!
  16. Did you catch any of the Corbet's Kings & Queens? Knowing you and Jeff, I seriously doubt it.
  17. Image if these would have taken off? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nava_System
