By the time you go to JH you’ll be competent skiing bumps and steeps abs trees and there’s more than 3-4 groomers. -

People die in their 50s all the time. We’ve set entire truckloads of tombstones of people born in the 50s and 60s but luckily most people make it to at least age 75 for men and 80 for women... -

Yup Jackson’s groomers are not as forgiving as in Colorado and can be crowded. -
Yup I didn’t want to get written up. Are you still in Malvern? Maybe JFDan wants to meet you for dinner sometime this week.

No more ABasin on the epicpass. -
7 sounds like some hauling ass and the last 190 miles or so is mainly two lane roads...if I lived in the Denver area I’d probably fly to Jackson and also aspen.

He even said Hey All, I remember when Mute said hey All once and I was laughing so hard.

Ski2Live you are already thinking about if you might take a ski trip out west with a buddy next season. Steeze Louise I thought you were coming with us to Jackson hole or perhaps Verbier with Salty and Matt Edge. Why not Ikon plus a blue pass. That’s what I’d do. -
Yes and yes. Great report.

When I had my mega wipeout on Amphitheater I had no idea where my ski was for about a minute..it was 200 yards up in the gully that’s skiers left of amphitheater there’s a rope between the two runs..it was almost like when you play golf and your ball ends up on another hole. It’s amazing how terrible ski boots are for deep snow travel once you get out of your skis. Back when I used to take safety breaks at Jackson hole I sometimes would take off skis in the woods and relax and getting back into skis is a chore..when one leg is a foot and a half higher than other.
