Great updates!!! Hows the new double diamond? -
Hey all, I’m back from a fun morning session at Blue mountain the true mountain. I was starving like Marvin on the drive up didn’t really eat anything since noon yesterday except for some pretzels and hummus. Stopped at Sheetz and had fried egg, bacon, cheddar, tomato, onion and salsa on an everything bagel and OJ..arrived at the lower lot at 750am and shadows and JFDan were in the house and the temperature was in the upper 20s with moderate winds. 6-7” of new snow had fallen between about 4pm and 1am. First civilian chair and skied razors which had been groomed but some little ripples of new snow..fierce headwind from the north though. We were also joined by GahSkier George for a few runs. Sidewinder was nice and the Root rollers were more like pillows..scores some untracked lower left under the six pack...Right side of nightmare bumps had some nice fresh as well along with X-ing and left side of Barneys. As the morning progressed a decent amount of people showed up and there was a couple minute long liftline by like 10am. Seemed like about half season passholders. With breaks of sunshine illuminating the new snow today could have been a day for brochure pictures. If you’ve been waiting for good ski conditions and all trails open...This Is It!!!

Thanks for the invite. I wonder if the guy from first thing this morning who’s on day 16 at Blue is gonna join PASR..if he does I’m gonna make you in charge of stickers and perhaps assistant stats manager...have Matt edge help you with logistics. -
I like pickles and olives in bloody Mary’s. I’m looking forward to a bacon Bloody Mary next month at ABasin. I swear 65% or my yearly consumption of bloodys is at A Bay bay. They offer a 8 ounce coors light beer back for a dollar which makes me want a high test been..then back into the woods. I only ever had one Bloody Mary at Jackson hole the day the lifts shut down at 10 due to fierce storms. I drank most of the middle of the day the. Skied two hours at snow king. Have fun Rummy!!!

The Loveland cam didn’t look much different than this. Colorado is getting dumped on now..wooo a lot of places are getting near their seasonal averages already.

Hey All, I’m back from another fun day at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot at 720am and it was around 30 degrees outside with some sunshine. In the house were Atomic Jeff, Johnny Law, JFDan, RyGuy, Salty, MBike Mike, Enjorales, Enjorales Dad and many more. First run was on challenge which was ok but uneven grooming and the lipstick on a pig conditions with chunks quickly being exposed..Sidewinder was good until the last section which was thick sugar..the Root rollers weren’t bad. Lazy mile also had ok snow, upper Main Street was very good while lower was rough, Paradise was good and only SP3000 on the first corner and Switchback was uneven grooming. I spent plenty of time in the lot eating meat, had a donut and some beer and speculated about tonight’s snowstorm. Could be very very good tomorrow morning... this is the only picture i took today.
