Uhh doesn't ITC= Instructor Training Course...meaning the all took an instructors course BTW does anyone know that guy in the picture?
-
The problem I have heard from a number of people is exsessive badgering about it. We all heard "join the pasr club team" once..then again then again then agian....well you get the idea. If they want to they will. Everyone knows it exsists, trust me
-
Most people leave the start of Nastar because they need a parent (who is not around) to sign it. Most of the time they do have sign up sheets at the top. The problem is when they do, to register people takes maybe a minute...but thats a minute no one can race...Register 10 people, the line gets pretty long...Thats why they want everyone to sign up before the race starts.
-
I think that would cut down on about 70% of the noobs...Which would be a good start for you guys...
-
Is that the one for Camelbeach
-
Actully instructors get paid by the hours they teach, and everyone else can only punch in 7 minutes before the start of there shift, so most of them probably get there by 6:53am... With that said, I am sick of this thread, as are most other people...
-
At one point Elk did the "No rental skis in the park" bit...And as far as I could tell, it kept most noobs out.
-
Hump is usually the steepest...Usually there is a bigger pile of snow in the middle of it (possibly a 'hump' of snow). Its not there this year, but it still seems like it might be a little steeper than everything else. But it is only steep for about 75 feet...Where Cliffy is almost as steep for much longer.
-
I have NEVER had a problem parking in the first lot before 740...ever... Can the useless bickering end now?
-
Give me a heads up on what day this is happening...I want to see how fast metz (aka sand) really is
-
Out of the 63 racers there, CB did not have any finishes below 28th. Also they had 4 in the top 15, which is more than any other mountain. Mad props to the CB coaches for making everyone so fast
-
From what I hear, the new owner is a good skier, and likes bumps..>Hence the bump run. He probably also understands that having a race team isn't just a pain in the butt, it can be good too.
-
Props to CB for a few things. First off, letting the race team close off Hump (steepest trail they have) for a few hours in the morning to set gates. It works out well, cause coming off the steep you have a transition, and a turn, which makes it more technical. Also they are letting us set on 1/2 of Big Ponono Run in the afternoons, which is a good SL set. Thanks for giving your race team more support! Secondly, the rocket is a pretty nice bump run now...Has some BIG bumps on it. Keep blowing snow every few nights on it, and it will have the best bumps around, period.

Looks like you can get them for under $100
-
me too...just at the bottom of cliffy

With markers the screw in the back that adjusts the heel peice should be flush with the stuff around it when the boot is in. After you do that, you should bring it to a shop to get a realise check done
-
I have heard that from a few people now...
-
I ran it unoffically, and got a 23 something or other...Right before the ripped it out.

Mum is usually stuck at work til like 6 on thusdays...But maybe we can sneak up one night...maybe Mezt, just remember, if he beats you in one race, he got lucky...You can keep the trash talking going
