  1. i think i've figured it out. There are both GS:11,2 and GS:11,1's. The GS:11,2's have a 17m radius, where as the GS:11,1's have a 14m radius. That could explain the radius issue. And the differnet tail graphics could be different years.
  2. it is possible that the tail graphics are different because of different model years, as they changed the tails of the GS:11s between years, while keep the whole rest of the ski the same. If they are both 14m, they are the same ski. And I think that 17m radius is for the new GS:11's... if you're gunna be at blue on sunday, i'll take a look, see what i can make of it.
  3. it'd be real interesting to see, out of your kids, who would do better on a skier cross. Both coming from different backgrounds. I think Ridge would do pretty well Raceway is probably the safer of the two courses they set. They have one on sidewinder earlier in the year, and thats really tight/twisty, and could equal serious injury if you get pushed off the trail. Justo8484 is the defending champion of the skiercross this weekend, but he won't be around. They should go, I'm sure they'd both have a great time. I'm sure you guys found uses for those extra stickers I gave to Steven.
  4. my helmet/goggles match my skis perfectly yea, i do love the goggles, though they're a little bit too dark for night skiing
  5. people will see it. no need for the bumpage...
  6. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...ssPageName=WDVW it has the GS:11.21 at the tail, and its a 17m radius. have pics of this 14m one?
  7. leedom scream cut, and oakley a-frames... btw, moving to the "Gear" section
  8. nope, no problem, and those were my goggles made for glasses. i recently switched to A-frames, just normal a-frames, and the inside space is smaller, it still accomodates my glasses. No problems.

  10. it snuck up hard and fast last year. Hopefully this year it will never come, but if it does, it'll be slow, and late.

  12. According to my friend, who Justo knows, justo won't be there, either will his brother (that definatly is a GOOD thing). Should be nice though, good luck to all, i'll be there on sunday.

    Weekend

i just didn't know if they could run a GS on that, seems a bit tight, they're gunna need plenty of fencing

    Weekend

I dunno if they'll run the GS on "Slalom" but as mentioned, it is a tight trail, at your best bet would be to ski down either Seneca (easy bump run under the lifts), or Tuscarora and hike through the trees.
  17. Skidude has PA Cup finals at Elk. This friday thru sunday, so it might be interesting to watch...

    Weekend

most likely. Actually, Skidude will be running in that so you could go watch him . But there will be alot of racers there which means alot of parents, so yea, it might be a good weekend to avoid elk.
  19. he's very fast, I'll give him that. I mean, you have to be, to beat ME on a sprint course. However, I'll take off my hoodie and then race. I didn't get a chance to talk to ridge, but Steven was a cool kid, gave him some more stickers. Werid stuff can happen at BC. Look, I beat ski999 by .07 seconds, and he is much much better then me. But he smoked me at Montage. There is no way that I am faster then the king of race himself. It seems that all the weird things happen at BC, but everything turns out the way it should be, at a longer couse....something is fishy here
  20. I don't like to put him down, because i know how proud of him his dad is, but uh, you're just asking me too, aren't you? Plain and simple. Run a long course, where the times get spread out, I won, by 1.81 seconds. You can't argue that. Run a short sprint coures, were werid stuff can happen and I loose by .02, probably because I didn't have a suit on (can't compare apples to oranges). I'm still up 1.79, unless I'm mistaken skidude, or are we just ignoring results from a REAL Nastar course?
  21. 'dude, as ski999 has said a million times, such a short course can make werid shit happen. Look what happened at a longer course. Haha, I still can kick a 10 year olds ass...what, i beat him by 1.81 seconds at montage he only beat me by .02 at BC....I guess i'm still up 1.79 seconds. You want to make a big deal out of it? I will too. Stop making excuses? Where were you tonight? huh? mummy had to work? stop making excuses.
  22. i'll let you know about that.... hey, give me a suit, and i'll smoke my times. hell, im running in baggy ski pants and a sweatshirt....but I did well, got a gold... btw skimom, congrats on breaking your silver rut...
  23. hey, I don't like to do this, but skidude, you leave me no choice....let's see how I did against him at montage, shall we? same day, mind you. my best (only took two runs, i could've done much better): Yellow 29.24 16.54 Silver his best: Yellow 31.05 23.75 Gold Run a real course, then we'll see.
  24. ok, it's tied (i won @ montage, he won @ BC)...i skied pretty well. I was freezing, but i wouldn't put my sweatshirt back on till i got gold. Hey, I was .02 seconds behind him, and he was wearing a suit
