  1. It had been a thing the past few years. I hate it.
  2. NMDW is (was) my favorite. The turns are perfectly spaced out. Turn 1 coming off a pitch keeps things interesting and allows you to take it multiple ways...but choose wisely because oh shit there's turn two. Then chill for a bit...grab speed and figure out how / which way you're gonna tackle a very sharp turn three. Takes skill if you enter it with speed....I always try to tackle it as smoothly as I can but it's tough. if you can conquer it you know your shit. then there's turn 4 which brings you to the merge with p dizzle. After all of that strategic and hella fun skiing pump the brakes because it's cruise time back to the lift.
  3. I'm 99.9% certain it's a strategic move on their part to grab JFBB passholders. If so good on them. I just hope the park folks don't get angry when@AtomicSkier is blowing through with his Clark Griswold non choloric silicon base ski wax that creates a surface 500x more slippery than any cooking oil. And everyone else (including myself) follow 10 seconds later.
  4. Kinda is on topic since I mentioned it in the original post.
  5. Its nice to have them both. Hate to sound dramatic but NMDW is essentially no more. Wow.
  6. Prices are going up. That first week in March is at 68 bucks now (still ridiculous).@GrilledSteezeSandwich (or anyone else) ...if you plan on skiing WF or NY I'd grab tix now.
  7. Rumster offered you a free ticket. Take him up on it.
  8. I gotta get back there. Damn
  9. I feel like the sugar comes out every year around this time (early to mid January).
  10. This needs to happen.
  11. Well there goes the best pure ski run in NEPA.
  12. Skiing Saturday night with my daughter and her friend. Sunday am possibly as well.
  13. Not the semi-fun kind of sugar. More of the quicksand variety. Complete with hidden sugar bumps that keep me from opening it up on razors and nightmare dream. But in an effort to not salty up this tr. I'm still having a shit ton of fun!
  14. by the way riding the quad because the six pack is crowded ironically enough there are no buses in the lot whatsoever just a whole lot of cars. Definitely not they have the mountain to yourself type of night sesh.
  15. Blue is serving up a healthy serving of the Blue mountain special tonight. Otherwise known as Sugar! Or as my family would call it...zucchero. had to check my speed a few times on razors as the piles are large and in charge in certain areas. Either way it it certainly beats the news that I was watching before I left.
  16. He's probably using a VPN.
  17. I know it gets tracked out quick but what was probably the best ski day of my life was a rider of the storm day at the bird.
  18. Go for it Saltman....or did you get banned?
  19. So Fing jelly. Have a great time out there.
  20. May want to rethink staying in cottonwood heights saltman. If you're sticking to groomers and taking Justos sound advice just stay in park city
  21. Some of my best blue mountain runs this season. Challenge and main were spot on first thing. A few sweet empty runs on switch were had too. A fun morning for sure! Grate day.
  22. Actually not at all. A long time ago, at an old job I worked with a guy who did that when we went to lunch. we didn't go to lunch again after that.
  23. Wow. You're the person that goes to the mall, takes samples from each restaurant in the food court and calls it a lunch. Just wow.
  24. From a pure skiing perspective, if I lived where you do I wouldn't touch PA unless I had to (this is coming from someone that gets annoyed whenever you hate on PA). The extra hour or whatever it is is well worth it. From a non skiing perspective I like the PASR Blue Crew way too much (xoxoxoxo) to not ski there.
