  1. Lots of powder today...boot deep in certain spots in the trees. Elevator was great. Here's Dan the man kicking up some snow on Vader.
  2. Mountain run is no joke. (It was the 1980 men's slalom run). You can get lots of speed real quick on there. Did you see what happened?
  3. bluemt...upload to Photobucket then add the URLs. Nice TR by the way!
  4. I think Little Cliff Huck is that big boulder / rock thing skiers left on the River Shot run out. You kinda ski up it, then either jump off or ski down the boulder. Is that where they were blowing? See you on the hill tomorrow bud..
  5. Looks awesome. Keep the Tahoe pics coming Timeless.
  6. And those level 3's GDThomas referred to can absolutely rip. You'll be in good hands. Have fun.
  7. Definitely. Every time I've skied at Elk, I've found myself spending extra time at the top...basically just looking around.
  8. Loved the soft snow today. Trees are still in great shape. Elevator was fun. Another great day!
  9. Time to start planning the PASR day at Jack Frost??? I think there may be a few contest worthy photos taken that day.
  10. Really nice conditions today. Plenty of loose / soft snow in the trees. One park glade was pretty amazing. Elevator was nice too. Grabbed a shot of JFSkiDan the Man on his way down the elevator.
  11. If you get dumped on...Upper Empire (if it's open) to the Cloudsplitter glades (pic below). Wilmington Trail to Sugar Valley Glades....that is if tress are your thing. If not Skyward, Cloudspin, Niagara, Blazers Bluff, Lookout Below, Mountain Run etc...
  12. Neither are on the map anymore but both are still there. The elevator was overgrown with brush prior to last season but was cleared out and made skiable again. When you go, ski the trees to the right of one park and challenge for top to bottom tree runs (also not on the map but easily 2 of the best runs on the mt.) Have fun at Frost.
  13. Sunshine, powder, comfortable temperatures and Phresheez. What more could you ask for? Great day at the Mt. today.
  14. Wilmington should be open. Sugar valley is hit or miss depending on conditions and snow fall. Lookout below (the jewel of lookout mt.) may or may not be depending on conditions. If you go right after a big dump you may be in luck. If its icy or hardpack I doubt it.
  15. I swear if this winter is like last winter where jersey and philly get all the snow...I'm moving. Rant over. Back to your regularly scheduled roll call.
  16. The glades once again made me happy! As did conditions everywhere else. Great day.
  17. Glad you liked it. Did you sample any of the trees?
  18. What the hell is the biggest slacker? Whatever it is, I'm it! Now I'm extra motivated. Watch out guys.

    Wednesday report

Sounds awesome...Tuscarora to Mohawk or Iroquois are the best runs on the Mt.
  20. You can't go to WF expecting the slides to be open. You go to ski everything else. If they are open then you're in luck and normally that's later in the season. Have fun. Whiteface is awesome.
  21. I agree. Sunday would be perfect...looking that way right now.
  22. That was probably me with Dan. Dan actually yelled for you at one point. I think you were on t bolt. Conditions were once again great. One park glade is becoming one of my favorite runs on the mt.
  23. Great snow today. Packed powder all over the Mt. with some loose snow in the trees - really nice. They did a great job in the trees by One park. The glade is now skiable top to bottom, in years past you head to bail out onto Exhibition or One Park.
