A run later there was a ski patroller in a sled on the falls and atomic Jeff was even talking about an injured skier. This is the kind of snow today where you don’t want to show off even if there’s a cameraman from You @ Blue on the scene.

I also skied one run on Burma with Schifdawg in my shadow and I said wazup to pops and enjo at the end of vista. I don’t get over to that area much but Burma wasn’t bad and I skipped yeti as it looked busy and milked a little frozen cord right along the edge.

I’m wondering what kind of place that won’t be named on a public forum. Probably a strip club.

Hey all, I’m back from a fun morning at Blue mountain. I arrived at the lower lot at 715am and it was 26 degrees under overcast sky’s. In the house were Atomic Jeff, Toast, Kevin Thomas, Justo, Dime, Boo, Mute, MBike, Bethlehem Ford Crww, JFDan, BenM, PSUFly, Schifdawg, Pops, Enjorales, ZZSlopeX Hayeta, Dirtwolf, Matt Edge, Salty and many others. First run in challenge was decent and pretty consistent with decent cord, Main Street had nice snow on the top half and real sticky lower, Lazy mile was decent as was coming soon while lower paradise was filled with little rollers. The guns were turned off but production the previous 33 hours was excellent with the majority of terrain resurfaced. Crowds were a bit less than yesterday but still busy. This weeks sausage Sunday was a pizza edition and BenM took a lot of life style shots of Enjorales tossing dough. There was also shrimp. All in all a fun day with not the best conditions but better than not skiing. I’ll prob be back next Tuesday for opening. JADIP

Wow that’s crazy..I remember mammoth used to salt some of their runs to prolong things.

Imagine if Robert2 was your Uber driver. Id put in mauch chunk road to go to grumpys and id end up in Jim Thorpe and id still leave a $3 tip maybe even $5 cause that’s a long ride and he’d probably complain I took several of his werthers originals when he wasn’t looking..they’re good.

That sort of thing owns all of us. You could be the best skier in the world and a little snow snake bites you..or having a few screws loose…in your binding.

We’re all getting older it’s crazy…sometimes I have to ask myself what’s my age again..good thing I don’t have Alexa or Blink 182 would be playing nonstop. Anyway that trip to stowe was you, Melissa, Melissa’s gay friend and Johnny style all in my hotel room at the town and country with a Volcano and beers and I remember JStyle was just holding court and I still confuse him with Johnny law who’s name isn’t even Johnny lol.

Maybe some sort of sprain but whatever it is, it’s healing fast..I have a little bit of a limp but the other day I was hobbling around and almost went to foot doctor. I know you had bad foot issues for many months after your injury…you still slutted it up with two different sized boots. Game recognize game. Reminds me of when I hurt my shoulder bad enough to go to the ER and was put on a sling and a few days later was back out for Nastar fueled by weed and Vicodin..and ended up crashing and taking out the timing laser. Cool story Hansel.

Blue has one of the largest snowmaking systems in the northeast and @saltyant was saying the snowmaking ponds are full of water.

Congrats on buying a house..and I like your new found enthusiasm in snowboarding and PASR.

Oh yeah I remember that @PSUFly is an angler and so is @tarponhead it’s all about the Bass whether the fish, ale, instrument or base at Blue

I was nervous about that sort of snow at Blue but the stuff they blew was medium density as opposed to the sticky icky that sends people ass over teakettle. Good everywhere is blowing. This mini cold snap will likely keep us all skiing and riding locally an extra week or two.

Haha so why did you go so long without snowboarding? I felt guilty skipping Tuesday-Thursday this week.
