  20. Hey All, I’m back from a fun morning session at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at 835am and it was 36 degrees in the valley and 43 at the upper entrance..mad inversion Yo!!! In the house were the Bethlehem ford crew, C1, Rodney, Oz, ZZSlope and a couple hundred boomers. First civilian quad with Oz and I started off with Coming soon which was smooth but a little stiffer than I expected. Razors was better cord and I give it an 8 out of 10…upper Main Street and lower left was the nicest snow initially I give that an 8.5. Widowmaker was closed for racing but they hadn’t set up gates yet so I did one run on it and it was glorious to chute which was a little stiff but smooth. I skied Lazy to the falls once and it was decent until right before the turn where there were mini cookies, I revisited coming soon and also some little pebbles but not bad. Razorback had a few slick spots. Crowds were light but enough that there were people on almost every chair but no line. If it was only the quad running, there’d definitely be a short lift line so it shows the improvement of the brand new summit safari six back. I ended with Main Street which was turning choppy and spring like and peaced out right before 1030.
  21. Inversion today…43 at upper entrance, 36 at the base..up at the peak it probably feels like Allentowns new sister city, Santo Domingo DR
  22. And snowmaking temperatures return for Presidents’ Day weekend..maybe..when’s your Canada trip?
  23. I’ll be up tomorrow for the opening ding dong. Worked 6 days straight since I’ve been back from JH I need that weekday cord with the boomers and WFH peeps and at least a run or two on Razors hopefully.
  24. I like the new lift but gosh, when I see it stopped I choose a different lift. It’s interesting how similar the lap times are with the new lift..plenty of times this last weekend I was on the quad while others were on the super summit safari six pack and I see them on homestretch or in the horseshoe next run..
