  2. Just made my first small investment in the stoke market for this year.
  3. What about heavy breathing in her ear? They probably just wanted some tokens from you to play Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time

  5. Once the count reaches the population of the state can we stop counting? Or do we go back around to 0?
  6. Season Pass talk feels like it's out of place and/or there's no urgency for some reason. But when I look at the calendar we are +/- 60 days from the start of the season!
  7. "Thanks for calling Blue mountain, we open at noon on Saturdays so don't come before then".
  8. Right now a price increase would be largely mental for most PASRs. Kind of like going from $8.99 to $10 seems like a big jump in the mind. But there is a number, not sure what that is, but it definitely exists where it begins to get a lot less appealing to buy a season pass for Blue and to rather spend your skiing dollars elsewhere. This is especially true if you don't go during the week a lot or you have a longer drive.
  9. I really don't think KSL cares too much about the little things like that. I get the feeling that they are much more into the business and not the operations
  10. I know for the guys that live close the price of a pass isn't really a big deal, but for those of us who have to drive an hour to get to Blue I would definitely think twice about just buying one if the price went up to Elk levels.
  11. You don't put in a new lift at a mountain you might close in a few years......
  12. Don't become a parking lot snob now.
  13. I've never had a few beers in the parking lot of the Waldorf so I'm fine with the Red Roof.
  14. I'm going to guess that in a year or two they will offer some kind of pass where it's $$ for Blue or CB alone and $$+200 for a combo.
  15. I just learned about a Whole Foods in California that's projected to sell for $57M. It's in an area that has great traffic and 500k people with an average household income of $157k. Whoever buys it will only get about 3.5% return though. I'll assume the Poconos has a similar demographic situation so that DG should definitely be WF
  16. I assumed you were putting the mower away with that one but it makes sense.
  17. The lines were looking promising until that unforced error.
  18. I had the pulled pork on recommendation of a MALVERN local and it was fantastic. The drinks looked great but as anyone who saw me earlier in the day can attest to I was trying to keep the boozing light considering my run in with Bud Light buckets the night before. PASR night at the Flying Pig? There certainly seem to be enough of us that frequently travel through MALVERN.
  19. I got gas at that Wawa last night after I left the Flying Pig in MALVERN.
  20. My best guess for what "some degree" would be both associates and started but didn't finish a 4 year degree.
  21. It's fairly substantiated https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/unvaccinated-america-in-5-charts/ The chart below shows the percentage of different education groups saying they definitely will not be getting the vaccine
  22. Camelback's legal team has certainly been busy this past year.
