Blue has incentive to keep the crowds manageable but stay profitable this weekend. With the addition of Lazy they are going to be throwing a ton more skiers, percentage wise, at the double double than the last two weekends when hitting advanced terrain was the only way to get there. As much as I said i think it would be more fair to base full price on opening a high speed lift than opening Lazy, from a customer experience standpoint I’m glad they will be charging more, to hopefully suppress body count while still hitting their revenue target.

Looks like they’ve turned on some guns looker’s right of the main st chair, seeing some blow over on the cam now. Hopefully that means they can open ski in both sides

Seems they could just say “All services at the summit lodge” and just staff the lift. Not complaining, but in the interest of fairness to those paying daily prices I would think it’s more fair to base the switch to charge full price on opening a high speed lift rather than on opening Lazy

I suspect they will jump to full price for Saturday if Lazy is open. They did say last week that the price would go up when Lazy opens. Could see them keeping the lower price on Friday as a "weekday" and bumping for Saturday. Or maybe they won't bother opening Lazy until Saturday

Seems like they are all in a gas station or convenience store. Never heard of them until I ended up in Cherry Hill every day for training for 4 months. We get it most Wednesdays. I like it right up there with Popeyes, maybe even a smidge higher. Consistently juicy chicken and crispy skin/coating. I like both better than KFC. Haven't tried the tenders, I can't buy enough tenders to feed 12-15 cable techs and keep in budget, lol. Biscuits are prime. Honey sweet but also a tinge of saltiness. Not as dry as Popeyes, which are also awesome in a different direction. Great mac and cheese at KK, good potatoes (gravy comes already on potatoes like Popeyes), good wedges, crappy red beans and rice. Edit: to add pic of today's leftovers

"Because when we open, it'll be for the season" lol, announced opening on Friday with Coolmoor, King Tut, Meadows and Glade. Seems like a thin lineup for all that snow stockpiling. Any bets on whether they'll follow Blue and over deliver?

My only comment on this thread is that I didn’t find a bad spot of snow on the terrain that was advertised to be open today.

Looks like they are still dumping on Main st, which surely means they didn’t groom it. Betting on them sticking to their word, vista only today

Planning to be there solo tomorrow for opening for a run or three, assuming only vista lift. Same for Saturday, open until lines are unbearable, hopefully a little longer with Main Street. Pops works both days, but we should both be there Sunday morning.
