Nah. Just make really stupid jokes that amuse no one except myself.

I almost did it. I almost posted that you should come back from CO a few days early to ski Camelback. But I cancelled the post at the last second. You guys should be proud.
-
Johnstown, 4 hours from Blue.
-
So PASR day at Camelback might actually happen??? Nice.
-
Can't make it this week. Working too far away from True Blue :-(

Too bad eaf didn't join us or it would have been just like the Three Amigos meme.
-
Yeah we made 5 or 6 runs and he gave me some pro tips for saving money on ski lift tickets and trips.
-
But you already did one and I don't want to steal your sunshine. Plus my tags would just get stripped again, and my trip reports are inane. Thanks for the entertainment and meat yesterday. Good thing I made an appearance or Atomic would have banned me again. Also grateful that I did not get sprayed with O.J. I'll be sure to update my stats stat.

Yep had lunch and dinner at the same time.
-
We did 3 runs together. Enjoralas got some great footage of me ripping on Cliffhanger.
-
Here at the base of Pocono lift if you're still here
-
Nope. Only rode the 2 top to bottom lifts. Guess the app gave me less vert than what I actually earned.
-
Nah we're going to CO.
-
I do want to get out west next year, but not enough times to justify a season pass.
-
I'm thinking about going for around 10 tomorrow. I'll let you know once I arrive.
-
Thanks Rummy. The snow was so good and the crowds were nonexistent, so the slow lifts didn't bother me as much. At least after each lift ride you get a top to bottom run, unlike Montage which usually requires 2 lift rides to get to the top.
-
Ive been ahead of Root in vert since I started tracking it.
-
They must because my app is never wrong.
-
Good thing you read it early. I have a feeling it might be edited slightly.
-
Yeah I got aero. It was insanely fast.

What an epic day at Vermont. Woke up at 6:15 and headed up Interstate 81. Stopped at Burger King near Montage for two Croissanwich and OJ. Then finished the trip to Vermont and arrived just after 8 am. Earned first civilian chair, as there was no one even in line at 8:25 which was crazy. First run of the day was the blue on the left, I think it's called Delaware or something, which was totally rad. 2 inches of fresh fell over night, a nice bonus. Next run was on Susquehanna, my favorite trail there, and maybe my favorite trail ever. That was a blast, as there was also a light coating of fresh perder. Later I broke my personal speed record on Susquehanna and hit a legit 55.3 MPH, which was even faster than my previous record on Razor's Edge. And to the skeptics, I have proof on my phone and I matched the app to my car's speedometer and the app tracks speed perfectly, so this is probably a world record or something. Throughout the day, made my way across the mountain and think I skied every trail. I even did Upper Tunkhannock one time, and realized I don't think I'll ever like skiing moguls. I like going fast and skiing on smooth snow, and moguls just aren't my shtoyle. So I concede to Indiggo for this Sunday's mogul race (still not cleaning Steeze's car). Sorry Rummy and Momskeeztoo, the snow was so damn good today that I didn't get around to checking out your suggestions. I'll have to check out the Halfway House and the restaurant next year when I return to Vermont. The best run of the day was near the end, on a black called Wyalusing or something. Around 3 it started snow squalling heavily and dumped lots of fresh, and it was so sick having FirstTÅ—ax that late in the day. There was hardly anyone there all day, so by late afternoon the fresh snow was completely untracked. Overall a fantastic day at Vermont and another successful day out. Made 40 runs and achieved almost 30k in vert to add to my stats.

No I'm actually not. I don't like burgers at most sports bars and restaurants. The buns are soggy and they put too much garbage on them. But for whatever reason the burgers I had this season here and Jackson Frost were really good. The server told me It was fresh too. You should come here some time, I think they have more vert than Blue or it's really close.

The Vermont locals all brought their lunches in the lodge. I meant to buy a Subway yesterday which would have been substantially cheaper but was too lazy to go out after work, so now I am paying the price. The upside is burgers at Ski lodges are very good.
