Yep, when I was stuck in Dallas everyone I complained to gave zero shits about my situation, and my overnight bag was stuck on the plane. I just got a hotel room and made the best of it. Wasnt sleeping on the floor or in a hard plastic chair. Glad you enjoyed your trip otherwise and this happened at the end, for me it made me miserable at the start of my trip to Jackson Hole and Yellowstone but the rest of my trip was spectacular.

WJW, that's a lot of unexpected complaining from you about coffee. It sounds like I wrote this! On trips I rarely drink the in room coffee, I just go out and buy some. In fact this year I think I'll bring my own coffee machine and just make my own. Funk using their $5 water bottles, just go buy a gallon of quality H2O from the 99 cent store.

I'm going to Stowe and Breckenridge midweek and I expect to jump on the lifts immediately all day long or maybe wait up to 30 seconds at most. Unless theres a Perder day, then it will be busy just the first 15 minutes

On my longest bike ride ever, I climbed from the lower to upper lots in 17 minutes. It's a 2.1 mile climb with approx. 835 feet of elevation gain. Walking up that in stiff ski boots while carrying skis on an icy day should be reserved for the 4th level of Dante's Inferno, maybe even the 5th level. And not everyone wants to get in a car with randos.
