  1. I'm guessing that they know the vast majority of their loyal passholders aren't going anywhere. Take all of us as an example. For me, personally, shit would have to be egregious. Let's say, hypothetically, that ski patrollers took a photo of me skiing fast on Paradise and hung it in a secret room on the second floor of their patroller shack at the base of main street, where they would use my photo for dart tournaments. I'd probably make some excuse like "well the patrollers need something for their dart playing" and re-up on the pass because at the end of the day I'm not buying a peak pass and skiing nights at BB. Not getting a pass at CB and not getting a pass at Bear Creek... unless, again, they did something really bad.
  2. I have a kid in HS. She doesn't necessarily listen to them but they're pretty popular among the HS kids at the moment. (Damn I sound old). They were also on the Nickelodeon Kids choice awards last week where words were actually bleeped out during the the broadcast. Again at the Nickelodeon Kids choice awards. LOL
  3. As the song from 2018 said...in the kitchen wrist twistin' like a stir fry. Don't ask me why that's relevant to this thread but the songs in my head so yeah.
  4. Was thinking about an evening sesh. Guess I'm not now.
  5. That you shall. Hugs may be in order in case I don't see you fools till next winter.
  6. Best view on the mountain IMO
  7. You're welcome and anytime.
  8. To be clear. It wasn't a cake. It was an oversized chocolate chip cookie.
  9. The sunset from Blue this time of year is definitely quite nice. Sunset runs on sidewinder are madatory for this time of year.
  10. Welcome to the best ski site this side of the Allegheny Mountains Ghubsch.
  11. I won't be laughing because they'll probably fucking close on Saturday too. SMH with all of Blues inconsistencies this season. From no one knowing what time they close at night to this stuff. Anywho... I'll be there Saturday morning for a quick session. Can't hang too long as my kid has a softball game.
  12. Great ski day at Belle today. Timed the ride home at 2hrs and 58 minutes door to door but that included a stop at Mickey D's for shamrock shakes and a detour on route 940 near pocono pines. Excellent conditions on all trails with sunshine and blue skies. Most of the glades were closed. Cathedral Brook was as well which was a bummer. Everything else was on point though. ROTD was Seneca and Deer Run over the bridge and back to the gondola which is a nice long cruiser for the full 1400 which I don't think was possible before the gondola. Speaking of which we rode it a ton and never with anyone else which was awesome. Plenty of white in the trees and off piste which is of course the opposite of what we have here. Always a nice time at Belle in the spring.
  13. Closing up shop. Great day out here
  14. I was finally there. To sit on my throne as the Prince of Belleayre
  15. My daughter and I arrived a little while ago. Bluebird, sunshine. Awesome day so far!
  16. 100% could spend a week at Squaw. Incredibly interesting...and huge. I only skied there 2 days and barely scratched the surface. Mammoth is 4 hours or so away.
  17. It'll probably be empty. Not sure how much they'd make this weekend, if anything at all.
  18. Wow Salty. There's plenty of good skiing to be had, especially if you drive a few hours north. Doesn't even need to be Vermont. The Catskills are good right now. Mid March is no time to call it a season. There will be plenty of time to bike.
  19. Sorry I missed you. Been a minute since I skied with you There are probably more patrollers than civilians out here at this point
  20. Seriously these spring nights are hard to beat.
  21. Soft with excellent coverage pretty much everywhere
