  1. Beautiful sunrise with a really bright Venus this morning.
  2. I hear that there are some really good Dolomite forums that would be really interested in hearing all about it.
  3. Not sure what this even means but ok.
  4. Airline complexities are worth it
  5. A little more about today. Snow was excellent everywhere. So nice to ski "Para.....Para.....Paradise". the Fog at the peak lifted around 10:45 or so which was great for visibility. Crowds were minimal except for the race team on Main St. Production on Challenge looks good. Overall a a great day. So far it's been dry, at least around here. Hopefully it stays that way.
  6. Showed up as you guys were leaving. Glad they didn't pull a Jack Frost cause today was excellent!
  7. The scenery at Winter Park is so beautiful.
  8. I'll be there in the morning. Probably with my kid if she gets out of bed.
  9. That's awesome
  10. Not sure when I'll be there yet. Really depends on the weather. May try to get my daughter out at some point if it's not a wash.
  11. Maybe a little too strong. Sorry about that. Had some speed coming off of Main.
  12. Excellent evening!
  13. Will be there a little later. Hopefully you guys are still around
  14. JFBB changed their mind and decided that they will not be opening JF this weekend... The temps were ideal for snowmaking this past week and our snowmakers have been able to pile up the snow. Jack Frost will not open this weekend as planned due to the unfortunate rainy forecast, we still anticipate opening up sometime next week with over 70%of the mountain to be open on day one! We will announce opening day early next week so stay tuned!
  15. Looking mighty nice. Will be there tomorrow night.
  16. Well now you can compare yourself to the GOAT because of it. Not the worst thing in the world.
  17. A classic. Going old school a bit here but Good King Wenceslas is another beast
  18. Looking at night sessions my next few days out. Thank God for electricity
  19. Mele Kalikimaka is a pretty awesome tune as well. I'd put that right behind I saw three ships.
  20. That's beautiful. Thank you for that.
  21. Speaking of Christmas songs. I've always been partial to "I Saw Three Ships". Always gave me that Colonial Christmas vibe which I dig. I sort of envision John Adams (who was from Boston) waking up every Christmas morning and heading to Boston Harbor to celebrate the arrival of three ships that were decked out in Holiday lights. Granted Holiday lights didn't exist back then but this is my vision. So in my mind the three ships were decorated like the Griswold's house. And no they weren't tacky and yes they were "low e" lights, ensuring that the carbon footprint was minimal. Anyway...the three ships, twinkling brightly, would bring food for the Colony in the form of porridge and meat pie as well as ale and cider. Adams would be the master of ceremonies as the ships arrived to the sound of fife and drum. The colonists would then partake in a huge Christmas celebration...right there on the harbour, which was set up with hundreds of tables for the people to enjoy their Christmas feast! Long story short, the song "I Saw Three Ships" was written (in my mind) in celebration of this fictitious annual, colonial celebration that I made up. How about all of you? What's your favorite holiday song...and why?
  22. Thank good sir. Purchased a few for my kids.
  23. I'm partial to the Autumn Blaze Maple myself. The bright red color it produces is stunning.
