Let's see what Santa leaves under the tree for me. Camelback style would be a bad move IMO. Blues water park would be completely separate from the slopes which is a good thing. The chateau?

They each have their positives. Frost has the trees, snow. Blue has the longer runs and lifts. Camelback has a roller coaster for people who can't ski. Its all good.

I did. I drive past it every day. Looks solid. I'm pretty stoked to ski there more this season. It may even share the honors with Jackson frost as home mountain

Blue has stepped up their game. I'm not on Facebook but I hear they post a lot of stoke, trivia contests etc. Plus their website looks really nice now. They're doing a nice job.

Our metropolitan ski parks turn downhill enthusiasm into uphill advantages, creating a sustainable competitive advantage,” its website explains. 1) WTF is a metropolitan ski park? 2) are they really suggesting that Camelback is an alternative to flying out west? Its crap like this that make me appreciate areas like Elk despite their tree parole.

Ugh I hate that terminology . The words Metro and ski area or "ski park" as they call it should never be used in the same sentence. Skiing is about getting away. Another reason to stay away from Camelback.
