I commented to someone how sorry that little strip was on Sunday, but damn!

Covid is really making its way around the NFL and NBA right now. I've heard some people arguing that the NFL should allow asymptomatic people who test positive to play, since there haven't been any documented in-game transmissions. It'll be interesting to see how the sports leagues' policies evolve in the coming years since Covid will be around.

I listened to part of it since I used to be a huge snoop can, but Snoop kept playing his terrible new music which I didn't love.

He does a better job of hearing all sides of an issue than most other media. He had Sanjay Gupta, and now this guy. I find it funny that to be a good liberal people have to hate Rogan. I'm right in the middle politically, and from what I've listened to I think he's pretty damn fair and encourages critical thinking rather than blind ideology. However - people who are too dumb to think critically are dangerous because they will hear him say something and just blindly follow along. He's a comedian, not a doctor.

Had a great time this morning skiing with everyone, hanging in the lot, and pissing all over myself.

I’ve been known to get there early and go to the window to check.

I'll be there on Saturday. Let the anxiety begin about whether my pass will work and if I remember how to ski.

Mine says joint senior also, and I just bought the one pass. I did get 2 email confirmations at the time which was weird.

The ones I like (pro tongue) are really stiff and I think heat is necessary. At least it was with my first set which I had done in a shop at Taos.

Bought them online, but I’d be willing to pay a reasonable amount for fitting.

Anybody ever molded their own intuition liners? When I got new boots last season I stuck my old intuitions in there, but they need to be replaced. Not sure I trust myself to do the heat molding with the bag of rice in the microwave, but not sure who I do trust around here either. I'd be interested to hear if it's super easy or if I should seek a professional.

One of my kids was learning about planets at school and informed me that Uranus is a "gas giant" which I giggled like a little girl about.

No heat November is over. Weak showing by me this year.

No heat November has begun, but it’s already frickin cold in my house. Not sure how long my wife will be able to tolerate it.

I took all my meals at the Black Line Tavern (BLT), which is where I made friends with some locals who showed me around. It’s the base lodge, and has pretty good food and brewskis. I think they’ve made significant improvements since I was there.

Lol yes I do mean Hotel Anthracite, not sure why I keep calling it anthracite inn. The food situation was super weird due to COVID last winter when we stayed there.

I skied at Magic in 2015 or 2016 and stayed at the Blue Gentian Lodge right near the ski area. Was good times.

We're staying near Okemo in Ludlow at a place we stayed at and liked 2 years ago. I'll decide where we ski a few days before, depending on conditions and terrain open since it will be early season (week before xmas).

I went on a plane ticket buying spree on Friday and booked some flights for Jackson Hole and Taos. Also reserved a weekend in Vermont and a couple nights at the Anthracite Inn for some skiing in little Vermont (Elk). We'll see what else I can pull off when the time gets closer. The stoke is building!
