  3. You're talking about your individual tax return, right? You do have to file a return but you might not owe anything if the township you work in has the same tax rate as where you live, since your employer is probably taking it out and remitting it, and there's reciprocity so you don't have to pay 2 townships. Don't worry about the .com vs. .gov, Keysone is a 3rd party company that the governments hire to take care of the collection process. They are a not a governmental institution.
  4. More coverage on Main Street now than when we skied it a couple weeks ago! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

  6. Do you use the tapatalk app? Way easy to post pictures if you use that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. There's the main binding part, the brakes, then there's a plate kind of thing that I assume the main binding attaches to, then there's 2 plastic things that I have no clue. Didn't read instructions yet so maybe not so confusing. I will likely be paying someone to perform this task.
  8. Guardians arrived today, I have no frickin clue how these things are gonna work! There are parts I can't even identify lol.
  9. Heyoooooo![emoji525][emoji525]
  10. It was hailing like a son of a bitch at my house late Saturday night.
  11. I was doing some thinking now that my season is over. I've decided to dedicate myself to the technical aspect of the sport. I'll be pursuing my PSIA certification this winter. If I can improve my wedge Christie, I should be able to go right to level 3.
  12. Never mind. Just saw "no more than one per visit" and expires in 6 months.
  13. For the record, these can be used in bulk and there's no limit, correct? How about expiration?
  14. I'm incredibly nervous about cutting them to size. I saw that dynastar makes pre-cut skins for my exact ski, but they make it almost impossible to figure out how to actually buy them. Me: take my money please. Dynastar website: no thanks we're good.
  15. Thanks JLaw and Justo for the good information! Got a sweet deal on some Guardians (16 din/small). Barely broke $5 hundy for the skis + binders so I have some extra $ to get some decent skins.
  16. Speed will only mask your deficiencies, the only way to get good at powder and spring conditions is to do lots of whirlybirds.
  17. You're welcome and anytime!!
  18. Could just take it to PM at this point lol, but maybe the answers to my questions are helpful to others. Here's another one: pretty much all of the non-tech touring bindings have a small and large size choice. Small is usually up to 320 bsl, large ranges from somewhere under 315 or so to way long. If my boots are 316 and 318, respectively, I should go with small to save weight, correct? Is there any reason to go with large, assuming din range and other specs are the same?
  19. Cool man, thanks for the info! We're talking 99% resort 1% uphill probably. In my dreams I'd love to tour all the time and really get into that but it ain't happening any time soon due to where I live and available free time. The thing that got me interested was when I went to Stowe and I was like the 2nd person in the parking lot, but the only other guy there was getting geared up for a skin up the mountain before they open. Just seemed like something that would be great exercise, and would be fun to do once in a while if I get a wild hair up my ass. One more question - is it better to skin with a walk/ride boot in walk mode or is that setting only helpful for hiking? I have a pair of boots with walk/ride that have plenty of life left in them, but I replaced with something stiffer.
  20. Have to grab some bindings for the new Chams and thinking about something I can do some uphill travel with once in a while. Leaning toward guardians based on Internet research. Anybody know anything about these or have other recommendations?
  21. I had never tried spanakopita before and now I'm a huge fan! Anybody know any good Greek places?
