I just checked out the webcams and lower main still just hanging on…wow is vista baking in the sun…

Hey All, I’m back from a fun morning at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot around 7:28am and it was in the high 20s under mostly sunny skys. In the house was everybody but Salty, Antman, Schifdawg, Toast, PARidge, Zonked, Boo and Nancy. A lot of people in the quad lineup and I began on Paradise which had decent grooming and narrow in a few spots. Next run was lazy mile and not as good and the only option is skiing the whole mile. After that was the chute which was just about to get start. Lower Main Street was rowdy with frozen cookies and holes. Razors not that good, gotta stay in your lane due to channels and what not. I didn’t get in nightmare but did a Paraweaver run and Dreamweaver was not that good but good coverage. I mainly skied the chute the rest of the time with one more paradise run. The chute was full on spring snow by like 9am left side of lower Main Street also a smoother option. Fun parking lot today with chips and beers and MBike mike made sausage sandos. I never made it to the season pass party, I’m at work now mainly to pee, smoke a bowl and count money. See most of y’all for the party tomorrow. JADIP

Pond skimming at bear creek has been cancelled but there is pond skimming Sunday at Noon at Blue mountain

And I don’t want them to close, I just want closure and to be able to make some plans for next weekend.

They’re still selling tickets for the 22nd, 23rd and 24th including night tickets for this Sunday and those three days.

Toast you gonna be at blue Sunday morning with your tall glass ready to fill with mimosas.

Big Facts and today is gonna be a huge melt day since the temperature began in the 50s. Atomic Jeff sent me this earlier so looks like paradise goes soon.

Raining again like the 25th time this season and sounds like hard tropical rain..big fat drops..this is like in mortal kombat and Mother Nature is like,”Finish Him”

Yeah will be nice to still ski the chute this weekend…that’s been fantastic the last few weeks..

Id give you my buddy pass…salty would as well for some Yoo Hoos but he already used it for his Brah

Did you ever ski the birds of prey downhill course at Beaver creek? I did not from the official start cause that required a different lift but from about 3/4 up and it was mostly moguls and relentless. Good stair step terrain there…bring SPF 70+
