    Are you paying attention to aspect to find the best conditions? Typically east facing terrain softens up first and north facing terrain is more likely to stay chalky

    They might not even open that day. Looks like a monsoon at least until 2pm. My focus is on Sunday which with the expected overnight low could start out fast.

    It’s way warmer today than forecast very cloudy and windy. Not the most ideal conditions for snowmaking.

    Just an FYI this Saturday and Sunday, passholders from other mountain ski Blue for only $50 as opposed to the $54 they’re charging online more than a 7% savings…that’s my boy Blue!!!

    That’s what they’re charging. Damn. And I’m glad blue is only charging $50 for season passholders from other mountains. Ski2Live has other plans already lol. I’m stoked for razors this weekend and burma. Woo woo woo and another weekend roll call thread around Thursday.

    Ok save money for the fine dining. Might even buy a sweater vest for that trip so I don’t look like a tourist or those fleece vests ski shop employees wear and turtlenecks usually I wear tourist t shirts my parents gave me or blue shirts with random grease stain but gotta class it up for Aspen.

    Nice report and I like chalky snow on steep pitches grippy but still fast and that’s the kind of snow I can ski a lot of vertical without getting beat up like the powder chowder push piles
