  1. I’m also a slacker at trip reports sometimes. We skied Killington 3/4-3/7. Then skied Okemo 3/8. Conditions were ok, foggy, snow was soft, but not too bad. A lot of closed trails. Didn’t bother with Pico, as another of our friends were there and said it was terrible. I’d never skied Okemo. It was ok, at least the sun was out. It seemed Okemo has a lot of trails that cross each other. They need some tunnels!
  2. I noticed the bamboo gone later in the day, too. Maybe some smart ass took it out because they thought it would be funny? Anyway, they need to put a drainage pipe in there or something, that sink hole appears every year. And people were poaching that all day and no one seemed to care. It’s got to be so hard for a park rider to not hit that jump.
  3. Yes, I was there. Fun day.
  4. I’ve skied past 3 days. What fun! Folks were setting bumps all the way down Razors today. Lazy and bottom of Main not too bad. I saw the craziest thing, lots of folks poaching NM. I was on the lift and saw someone go head first into the big hole on NM, just below the jump. He was literally being held up by his snowboard. IDK what’s under there, but I was afraid he would drown The people in front of us called ski patrol, and we booked to the top of NM in case someone needed help getting him out. Turns out his friends got him out and they left. Then ski patrol came and were total Jack asses- threatening to pull everyone’s pass.
  5. You can take a gondola from Park City to the Canyons. The Canyons just had more interesting terrain. Just my opinion. There is a great trail on the PC side called Powder Monkey. I think Canyons is on Epic pass, too.
  6. Chute been great this week
  7. You’re going to Utah, there’s much better places to ski than Park City. I’d at least stick to the Canyons.
  8. Skied Okemo last week. They were hand scanning people. Apparently they have had a lot of people sharing their Epic passes.
  9. The snow in the trees looks amazing.
  10. I was pleasantly surprised today after yesterday’s deluge. TCS, Lazy and Main were beautiful with the guns running all day. Raceway, Chute and Midway all very nice. Razors closed, but I wouldn’t have gone down it anyway, a total sheet. Didn’t bother with Challenge, either. Sidewinder has some pretty big skid marks, NMDW just ok. Switchback had lots of cookies, but I was ok with that because it’s my favorite trail. Nice tailgate, and made our mandatory check on the eagles. All in all Blue did a great job after yesterday.
  11. Yup. I’ll do weekends late season. Take some runs until the snow turns to mush, then it’s out to the lot
  12. Not all seniors have a lot of money. If I’m offered a senior discount, why would I not take it?
  13. What makes you think we all have money?
  14. Another beautiful day at Blue. Skied from 930-2. Everything was in good shape. Razors and NMDW both closed. Headed out to the lot just as it started to rain. Had a nice tailgate under an Easy up, saw the bald eagle and headed home.
  15. You’re a genius at figuring out the best buy at Disney. I’m sure you’ll figure this out.
  16. Blue is still making snow. Because it’s a superior skiing mountain.
  17. Another great day today. Love riding Switch and Sidewinder. All trails were in great shape. We’ve had some beautiful bluebird weather this week
  18. He’s always been nice to us. He likes free snacks, too.
