I just came in. Great conditions today 🙂. What a difference not a cloud in the sky this morning. Now complete white out.

Salty, just go. I’ve skied some great conditions in a light rain.

I have woman’s clinic 10-12, but I think I’ll skip it today. I’m wanting to just ski. I wear all black and unlike all of you ski slower. 🙂

I’ll be up there around 930.

Wow. I could see the charred remains of a building where I had to detour. Wasn’t sure if it was house or a barn.

I was really on the fence about going today. So glad I did, snow was fabulous. I got there a little late, on the snow at 1130, skied til 3. What burned down on Blue Mountain Road between Cherryville and Danielsville? That section of road closed most of day. Fire trucks there and the news.

The car I had before that was a 1999 Saturn station wagon, so the CRV feels like a Porsche in comparison! Haha can’t complain about that Saturn, hauled lots of kids on ski trips. Fun times.

I like my CRV. Handles well, good in snow with good tires. Not sure I’d want a car that our mechanic down the road couldn’t work on. 🙂

I didn’t see any Hasidic Jews, I was there from 1030-2. Maybe they were wearing helmets, and I didn’t recognize them as such.

Yes a hotel would definitely be the way to go. The hotel at Bear was booked solid every weekend during the winter and for weddings. There really isn’t anywhere to stay around Blue

Got there around 1115 and skied til around 230. Nice job on Razors, lots of snow on it. Everything was pretty good considering the crap weather we’ve been having.

You mean their parents paid a gazzilion dollars.

If it gets as cold as they say it will, probably will have some new terrain open next week. I was thee today, snow was nice.

Seems a bit windy, but sure beats rain and warm temps 👍👍
