    I was there yesterday, and yeah, some areas were down to glacier ice. Such a difference from Wednesday when snow was soft. Actually dabbled in the bumps a bit yesterday. It's great hanging around with skiers who are better than you! No skiing for me until Wednesday. Long, heavy work stretch until then. Hopefully things will improve.

    We were there about 5 years ago for Mt Snow open. That's in mid March. Conditions were nice, it was cold, but not too cold. Everything was open. Just check when you want to go, they do a big snowboard competition, I think beginning of March. And skiing competition couple weeks later. Some of the park would be closed for set up and comp.

    Great day today. And yes, they need to mow the crap on Dreamweaver down. Went down once, that was one time too many. Saw one other person on the trail.

    Actually when we were there couple weeks ago, we were a little disappointed in Killington Mart. But you're right about the bakery. It's fabulous. Also Ipie pizza place is good. Pizza is delicious and they have great salads. Pretty budget friendly.

    I left when the rain started and my goggles kept icing over. Going back tomorrow, have to go early and leave early. Stupid dentist appointment. I kinda wanted to go a little later. Might be icey death early.

    I actually prefer smaller, family owned places to chain motels when I'm skiing. I don't know what it is about the area around Belleayre. Creeps me out. It's like a Steven King book.

    Took me full hour and 45 minutes to get there this am. During the week usually 1 hour. Wasn't snowing much at my house when I left, however by the time I got to Center Valley roads were covered and terrible. Snow was beautiful til about 1130. Lots of untracked. Looking down at completely untracked Dreamweaver was making me crazy. Soooooo wanted to poach it. Not worth losing my pass. Lazy was great. Even noodled around in the trees there a bit.

    That's the only place I bring my skis in. Don't even do it early season in top lodge.
