Why I have been hesitant to go. Really don't want to get run over. Why aren't these people Christmas shopping and going to parties? Thought about tomorrow morning, if we get predicted snow will probably be even more crowded.

Anybody know if they are taking passes that are good for weekdays only? Website has zero info.

That is awesome! I really want to ski there. Flagstaff is a beautiful, fun town.

I'm pretty active. But, I have to admit flexibility not my strong suit. My friend teaches yoga, and she told me it's true. Makes people fart. Guess ALL your muscles are relaxed!

Yeah, VanSant is a cool little airport. Husband took glider lessons there years ago. We also have Pennridge Airport not far from my house. I guess a small airplane accidentally flew into the no fly zone a couple weeks ago. All kind of fighter jets escorting him back, flew above our house. A little scary.

50 is the new 30. A lot of 50 year olds are in better shape then people half their age!

Definitely skiing Blue during the week mostly. Other than that, not sure. I'm over this heat and humidity. My cast is starting to smell like a dead animal.

I used to see a girl with one leg skiing at Bear a lot.

Did you get that in writing? I can't imagine any Dr telling you that. Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I don't think it would be very smart to ski with your wrist in a cast.

Haha. I remember getting excited about the ski magazines with the new gear. It just made the season seem that much closer. I'm glad it's not ski season yet. My wrist should be completely healed by then. I was worried it would be more prone to breaking if I fell skiing this year, ortho assured me it would not.

I often travel alone, too. My husband doesn't really like to ski, and if he goes, makes 3 runs and wants to go in. So my ski trips are solo. Maybe I'll join Upper Bucks Ski Club. I joined Flying Dutchman for couple years. It seemed a lot of their trips involved a wine tour or brewery side trip. I'm not interested, I just wanted to go skiing.

Yes, we have certainly got a lot of drenching rain this summer. I knew if my husband put drip tape in the garden, we would get a lot of rain 😡

Were you skiing there this summer? Sounds great. Not sure about salting the snow, it would make it not mushy but hard on the plants trying to grow.

I noticed deer more plentiful, as well. We never got deer in our yard, until this year. I'm sure mild winters are making it much easier to survive and multiply.

Not sure if timeshare such a great idea. If they just had regular hotel rooms, they would probably be booked solid every weekend.

When I used to haul the park kids around, was usually 1st weekend in May. On a different note, we checked out Rodale Institute yesterday. Cool place. I like how you can walk around and check things out, and nobody bothers you.
