Might have to make a trip to Elk when I return from Utah. I really like Elk. Just wish they had a high speed lift.

Go Blue go!!! Have snow when I return!! I will have fun in Utah. My host is Sebastian, who I generally follow down any slope. That damn kid can ski anything on skis with no edges!

I thought theTexans went to Montana. I guess I'll find out.

I'd love to be there tomorrow. I am going on this sweet trip to Utah. Hubby staying here working. Only fair I spent the weekend with him. Have fun and hope Blue open when I come home.

Winds were not bad. I waited to go, got on the snow at 1145. I spoke with someone on the lift who got there at opening, said the whole place was a sheet. Didn't go down Razors, as it was shining in the sun. Looked and sounded like straight up ice. Not many people went down. Switchback and NM to DW were pretty good. Pretty soft at the bottom when I left at around 3. I can't complain after yesterday's weather. There were a couple areas very thin on Crazy and Challenge. I rode up the lift with another person, who said they know someone who works there. Might close next weekend. Hope not, if so, this will be my last day there this season 😩

There was lightning yesterday. Also monsoon rains. Why would they open? Last place I want to be in a lightning storm. In a metal chain, suspended from a metal cable, between 2 metal poles. Just got done a quick session. Got here at 1145, now leaving. Things really aren't bad considering. Definitely glad I came up.

Nice trip reports. I feel like I'm getting a guided tour before I go! Saw some pictures from the top of the 9990 lift. Not sure I'll be brave enough to venture there.

Will be there Thursday. Would love to come Saturday high 30s and sunny, perfect ski weather. Hopefully some colder weather will arrive when I'm gone.

Yes, I was up this morning for a couple hours. Pleasantly surprised at the conditions. Left around 1230. Not feeling so great either. No poops or pukes. Just a cough, achy and tired, headache.

We actually still use it occasionally.

Wow free heat can't beat that. And yes there are a lot of expensive homes in Upper Bucks....I don't live in one of them. Our house would be considered small by today's standard, but even when the kids were still here, never felt crowded. We did finish part of the basement, that helped a lot. We still have our sweet foosball table down there, I can't seem to part with it.

Went with small SUV. Got Rav 4 AWD for 318 for the week. Thought that was pretty good.

I don't think I live in an expensive area. 1000 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment is obscene.

I would like to try snowshoes. We don't get any snow anymore 😠

Need to go with a 15 year mortgage. If I was younger I'm not sure I'd buy a house. Then I look at some of the rents they charge around here and I can't believe it.

Razors was closed AGAIN yesterday 😡

I almost always have something to do. I guess that's the difference between owning a home and renting an apartment. To each his own. I sometimes have stuff to do for work, too.

Was thinking I was going to be in Utah March 18, but I'll be home. Might have to stop in

Woke up at 6 am and thought about going. Changed my mind, as had a lot of stuff to do at home I have pretty much been ignoring. Went to the gym. Wish I could come up Sunday, but working. Definitely will be there Monday in cooler weather.

Wow, you are changing planes twice. How long will it take to get there? I thought I was being a cheapskate not flying direct.

I wasn't going to go tomorrow, but I probably will. Must enjoy this while it's here.
