When I was in Utah, spoke to several people who were not pleased at all about Vail purchasing PC and Canyons.

Has anyone ever bought anything from the little ski shop at the bottom of the hill from Blue? I think it's called Half Pipe. I stopped in there for socks today and they carried several different pairs of woman's Dalbelos.

If you had a snow day today I'm at Blue now. Probably til around 2. I have black coat, black pants, Armada skis and orange bindings. If the weather is warmer, I wear blue pants. I am going to try and make the party Saturday here. I am working til midnight Friday night, so I doubt I will be here when they open.

I had a front wheel drive car with studded snow tires, but that was for around here. The car was a beast. I remember you had to have them off, I think by April 25th

I got behind in my PASR reading last week, no wifi. I read this and was like holy crap. Another middle aged woman that skis and posts on here. I think the only other woman that posts on here is Barb, and she lives in Colorado, so no chance of running into her at Blue. I'm at Blue generally every Tuesday and Thursday. Would love to have someone to hang with on occasion. The guys on here can get pretty crude, but entertaining.

I have never skied there. Not really worth the drive for me. Blue started getting crowded about 130. Saw some spectacular wipe outs on DW and Razors. Gaper City.

How the hell do you get something like that out of there if the snow is deep? Are you at a campground or something to hook into electric or do you have a generator?

Don't you pretty much have to have 4WD or AWD to get around in the winter there?

Hope everything works out. My neck is a mess. Congenital spinal stenosis, herniated discs, compressed nerves. I used to wake up in so much pain, I wanted to puke. I had some steroid injections, PT, and learned what set it off. Past few years have been pain free. Hope it stays that way and hope you find whatever combination works for you. I still occasionally wake up with numb arms, just lay flat on my back with no pillow and seems to work.
