They want to see proof of purchase, picture of the damage, etc.... I get an email reply approving it, but before they give me a voucher, they want pictures of the "destroyed" product. If they were gonna replace the whole thing what does it matter about keeping the lens? CaptDave Posted March 27 Author Report Share Posted March 27 If you get the same model goggle then you have an extra pair of lense(s) in case they scratch or crack etc... I had the goggle with the reddish/orangish tint and I think all Smiths come with a flat light lense as well.
