Rode from 8-9:50, which included a 15+ min being stuck on the double. Luckily, didn’t get stuck on the quad before they closed it. Conditions were snow-ish. Sleet for a bit, then freezing rain, then rain. Roads were completely fine both ways.

How awesome would it be if blue did the same thing for opening? Imagine PASR’s going full Usian Bolt from the pavement to the 6 pack

At work without my gear 🤦‍♂️. I’m thinking they close tomorrow so mentally preparing myself. However, if they do open, there is nothing saying I can’t go Sunday night if they are open, just seems so weird lol

I’m curious what tomorrow morning will be like with freezing rain. Circa 2015 the freezing rain caused a 50,car pileup in the school kill expressway with multiple deaths which I missed by about 15 minutes on my way to blue, the drive home was also a mess and we had to chill out at the diner near 78 for awhile, then had to take route 100 home

It’s absolutely terrifying seeing some of the people still on the road. Their CarFax reports have like 5 accidents (never their fault, just a parking lot ding that required towing)

I would raise hell at guest services if I got stuck on a chair in front of a snow gun (for an extended amount of time)

News is saying pretty much everyone in Philly metro got 3.5-4 inches. Tried out the new snow blower this morning...I thought it was overkill to buy one but it did make things very easy

Best day of the season. Coming soon was much better than I remember (hooray grooming) and it actually felt like winter outside. Paradise was nice as well. Lapped those 2 runs with 2 main streets thrown in. Couldn’t bring myself to hit lazy Mile after lapping it for 2 hours straight Sunday. Time to see if the snowblower starts

I am very suspicious myself lol. Philly is weird in that the entire city’s snowfall accumulations are based on measurement at the airport...last winter the city officially got 24 inches but roxbiurogh and parts of the far north east got closer to 40 inches my co-workers sister in Chester says they got 1.5 inches

As much as I want to be mad about the snow going south, those areas are overdue and haven’t had a nice snowfall in years. DC, Maryland, and south Jersey were the only places in the country that got screwed last winter in regards to snow, the mason Dixon line essentially separated a snowy winter from a non-existant one

Anyone see the accident at upper lot entrance? An expedition went into the exit side and hit an exiting car head on, luckily didn’t look serious
