    Saturday night or Sunday at camelback for free hopefully. If not, Boulder usually doesn't open til 10 anyway and the rain should be almost done. Such is life. Leaving blue now

    it has been a great season, especially with the mild winter. blue has been great this year, just kills me to see them close with so much snow and other PA mountains still open. im planning on my last day of the season being sunday the 14th. that would make a 5 month long season for me which is great

    after my visit there last month, they get knocked down to 3rd best in PA. elk is bumped up to 2nd

    ya, the 4 pm close worries me as well. its looking like sunday only morning showers. ive been good this year at not complaining about closing, etc. but now with the season coming to an end I am starting to get stressed out lol

    i dont think there is anyone here who can predict what blue does when it rains cause thier plan of attack changes everytime. i saw on their website they are planning to be open for night skiing saturday, so that could be a backup plan

    blue is closing on sunday... i only lost 2 days to rain this year, which is damn good for PA also, boulder will be open regardless so ill be riding somewhere in april

    how dare a private business do whats best for their bottom line and not some jackasses on the internet lol. but seriously, wouldnt it be good marketing for blue to close after sunday and then open for 2 days the following weekend just to claim they were open til april?

    Lol at montage staying open later than blue. For a mountain that had a great season, they are fucking up down the home stretch.

    camelback is claiming they will be open for skiing in april. they have a habit of saying these things and then going back on it, however, props to them for at least considering april opening as opposed to blue mountain, who has spent the past 3 weeks bragging about closing in march with plenty of snow left (but hey, at least the joggers will have snow to run on)

    definetely do a TR. i never knew until recently roundtop is actually closer to where i grew up than blue is. never would have thought about driving west in pa to ski

    looks like steady rain from 7 AM til night. im like 95% sure they close. the problem ill have is I am busy in the afternoon, so only morning or night are possible. however, they have a habit of not announcing weekday closings til 8:32 am (i learned this the hard way), so i dont really want to risk an hour and a half drive to find out they are closed, however they also have a habit of only being open til 4 on rain days, so cant plan on coming at night either.

    i think its safe to say tomorrow is out of the picture. will only be the second day i lose to rain this year, so I cant complain too much

    i saw that, got shook, fell for the bluff, and i think purchased a pass yesterday. i say "i think" because i used my phone and their mobile site is an absolute disaster. i order stuff online a fair amount and have never dealt with a worse site to make a purchase. it is a tradition for me to send two confirmation emails to blue, one a few days after i buy the pass, and another one a few days before the season starts, just to confirm I am indeed actually a pass holder. i will certainly have to do that this time
