There is no reason to test at the base beginner lift when they have one at the peak, especially since they probably have the best mid mountain option for opening in PA. Love the white!!! Replacing experienced staff with a new minimum wage work force has definitely effected safety for not only the staff but for customers. the park is a lot safer now than it had been in the past. the new employees that have been brought in on that side of things definitely know what's up, and everyone who rides park there has benefited from it.
