Hey All, I’m finished with another morning at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot before 720am and it was 43 degrees under overcast sky’s. In the house were Atomic Jeff, Mixilplix, JFDan, Mute, KevinThomas, Bethlehem ford Crew, Slim, Indiggio, Schifdawg, Nancy, MBike Mike, Dirtwolf and a handful of others. First civilian OG six pack, I began on Challenge and it wasn’t great but better than yesterday..firm cord, sidewinder was nicer than yesterday and nightmare dreamweaver was good bad good bad and good depending on the section of the run. Main Street sadly wasn’t that good, lazy was OK…later in the session things softened more and Coming soon was ok, Sidewinder got real good and I repeated it twice and upper razors was nice spring snow. All in all a fun session and now that my report is published, I can relax the rest of the day. I’ll be back either Friday AM or Saturday. Tomorrow gonna go right to work 😞. JADIP

Decent conditions today and totally empty. JFDan charcuterie and Mike's pork and sauerkraut was a good lunch.

Oh, and heard bald eagle chortling at the bottom of TCS, then saw him/ her flying around. Saw the immature bald eagle, too. Then checked the nest out before leaving- 2 white heads in the nest, so exciting.

Good day to start off the new year. Soft, fast snow, bumps, cold pizza (thanks @mbike-ski), beer, falling temps, short work week...

Fun day so far. And not done yet

I just finished my session…razors and sidewinder are nice and nobody is here.

I know not many here have yoots, but Costco has a heck of a deal on kids base layers, $4.97 for a set. They had M (8-10), L (10-12) and XL (12-14) in stock.

But definitely a fun day today. Soft snow, little bumps, lots of runs. Back tomorrow for more, then I won’t be back until Wednesday. Rented a cabin at Worlds End for a couple days. That should be good fun, as well. Going to take some winter hikes.

Day 13. Sublime snow, but not enough people stayed in bed. Fog was so bad when I got off first chair that none of the 6 attempted pictures came out. This hours later. l

Im sad I missed JFDans charcuterie. I wonder if he imported it all the way from Malvern?

Fun parking lot, JFDan brought charcuterie and MBike Mike did a little New Year’s Day grilling. Coldest 40 degrees ever in the parking lot.

I heard thunder last night, too. Weather looking cold next week and maybe ❄️

I thought conditions today were a great improvement over last week. ROTD either Razors or TCS. Did Challenge once, that was enough. Total 19 runs, not too shabby.

❤️ took a little break from the holiday crowds after getting back from VT. Going to Copper for my first time out West first week of February 😳. I gotta stop by and say hi to you guys sometimes soon when I manage to get out early.

Oh I enjoy everyday even when I have holes in my socks and my feet don’t work but I try to be real objective about conditions. So far this ski season knock on wood..my worst fall was out of the shower and I brought the shower curtain down with me and sadly there wasn’t another person involved. Great snow on the in run to Coming soon aka Freefall aka barbs bush.

Wasn't horrible, wasn't spectacular. Just another day at Blue. Coming Soon ditch softened up and skied like a quarter pipe with soft snow that made for a good time. Ski y'all next year!
