  5. I really don't think they will blow any more snow..There is a lot more there than you think ..Sure the park won't be at it's mid winter best but it's still better than nothing...Today the paved area in the lower lot wasn't even full....I predict a March 22nd closing
  6. I find mittens to be OK...Wear what ever keeps your hands warm.... It's a whole different game with the hard boots....insane speed and the abitlity to carve at insane speeds.you really don't have toe and heel drag with hard boots.
  7. Try Bomberonline.com or chrisklug.com.....
  8. Slow snow today...and foggy....it was kinda weird..sorta clear at the bottom, foggy mid way up,then clear at the top.
  9. Get plate bindings for it and you can use ski boots...As DW said don't half ass the set up..You will get so much more out of that board with hard boots.
  10. You're a real ass for telling people to do this.
  11. I thought conditions were pretty good today. From about 10 to 12 it was really nice.I was gone at noon cause of the crowds.I barely saw the slow signs as I blew by them at speed. In fact I did this many times and nothing was said.I hope they were just there for this weekend.
  12. It's me....Atleast Kitten and Bob waited while I strapped in....Nobody else did.....
  13. I felt the whole mt. was off the charts today.....Great snow(held up pretty good cause of the morning clouds)...not too crowded(atleast til afternoon)...and beautiful weather!
  14. I hope they get the grooming right..I'm not looking forward to spending $$ to ride on Blue mt. death cookies(but prolly will)
  15. I'll be there in the am....The snow should be excellent.

    Burton

I think Burton soft goods are among the best. When it comes to boards,I've never really had any problems.Back in the mid nineties I had a couple of inserts come loose, but it was covered by warranty and they replaced it no problem. They do have a great warranty on there products.Past couple of years I have been riding Burton and Lib Techs.I like my Burton bindings too.For me there boots fit great. Burton does do a lot for the sport of snowboarding, more than any company I can think of.Meaning going beyond making products for snowboarding.
  17. I too loved the old Timberline trail...
  18. The "gray water" from the hotel and lodge goes through a couple of settling ponds before they run it through the snow guns in the woods...When it melts the water returns to the pond to be used to make the snow you ride on.
