  1. C1er was the only person I saw in the house. 7 busses from East Penn but they went tubing. Snow particularly on the main st side was perfect. Soft up top with hyper grip on a super fast hard layer underneath. Absolutely supersonic and the real treat was with good snow and nobody around you could send the airs to the moon. I did Raceway, mid, lower three times in a row to get floaty on the riser airs. Main was just as good and just as fast, switch a little firmer from the shade but you could send the risers to the ISS. The razors side was a bit harder snow and razors itself was a no go one as it was closed but mostly as it looked like the surface of the moon. Challenge and Coming Soon were more like the main st side and it is so nice to not have to put the brakes on. Shit was top notch and so was Tuesday with Atomic, if you can get out the last couple have been surprisingly dope. The bad news is the hill did take quite a hit, there are spots all over and the upper left side of sidewinder is gone though they could push the humps. With the weather coming up I think the clock is ticking.

  3. You have no choice to think about next year with all of the early pass stuff. Likely passing on icon. Especially if there's no base plus. If I go to Jackson I'll look for tix direct from them

  4. If you go across the bridge on the right is a dope ass restaurant from a former ski racer. The back dinning room looks like the castle from Beauty and the Beast. Vail Resorts sucks but Vail is amazing, just going out to Blue Sky. No mint though

  5. @Johnny Law said Blue was mint today.

  6. One thing i found out is there are alot of discounts on lodging with the Ikon pass. Many hotels at JH participated, the 49'er was 15% off, so keep that in the back of your mind as well. thats a value that should be looked at too with the pass. I think that saved me at least $200 at JH.

  8. Yeah that's just not right. When I'm at a ski resort the wait should be less than a minute. I'm probably quitting early Friday, I'm not doing those stupid long lines. Today was grate tho. There were no lines. I even rode the gondola solo and also once with some hot babes. Also skied nearly open to close which is a rarity for me. I was in the zone today. Yesterday we got some perder. I think like 8 inches. I skied the famous Back Bowls(tm) which was sickbird. We found some gnarly glades which was rad.

  9. Def agree Blue isn’t trying to suck their customers dry.

  10. Not buying it not for the average everyday person. I feel like the cost of operating a ski resort has gone up more than 3% as well unless you’re Blue and you send your snowmakers off to camelback…merging ski resorts actually lowers costs because it creates economies of scale….Park city was able to operate during the Ski Patrollers strike because they brought in Scabs from other resorts… so radical patrollers from Big Boulder and Mount Snow could help avy bomb the Upper Left Scooch Prima Pineda Cornice to get the Outer Pluto Black hole pod open allowing access to the Heinous spigot spider monkey glades only accessed from the tower three Cyrus spruce dandelion dirty sanchez chutes @Johnny Law and @theprogram4 know park city well all the nooks and crannies and I might be going out on a limb here but it’s the crown jewel of the Epicski empire and where I wanna be…free parking is only a standup gondola away and I think @saltyant was there and it was radical. Also $699 for blue pass is a bargain once the price goes over $1,000 in about 2035 if inflation can keep this 3% we will either be space cowboys or hanging with that runaround Sue chick or using the chine Yuan as FIAT currency…so just gotta enjoy todays low prices.

  11. Inflation was 2.9 percent for 2024, and is currently at a 3.1 percent rate.

  12. Jeff says the buddy passes will carry over. But, many times a season pass renewal renders your pass ineffective, so i would be like a little hesitant that they would disappear as well. I know you wont be at Blue between now and the renewal date, but i went to guest services and turned my 2 buddy passes into RFID cards that i just then gave to the recipients.

  14. Day 47. Everything hard as granite all day, including a damned normally-groomed area that I like to hit, but you can't exit once you get there and it wasn't. Rock hard mush in lumps, chunks, and ridges. Glad I survived that mess. Did find skiable trails here and there.
