  1. Nope I legit always took the same route on Timberline road then thru Little Gap and then up the mountain to True Blue. Was too lazy to seek alternate routes but now I have found one to the Lower Lot that takes the same amount of time.
  2. Ok. Just reanalyzed route options and I can take a different route which gets me to the bottom lot in the same amount of time. I like the Top lot because you don't have to wait at all to get fresh cord, but I'll try the lower lot just this once to say I did it.
  3. Top lot is closer. Only takes 51 minutes.
  4. Ok let me Google Map it
  5. I've been parking at the top lot cuz it's less driving.
  6. Maybe I'll make an ultra rare appearance in the lower lot at the opening bell
  7. Mebbe. I heard a rumour that the snow there is dank. I wonder how it compares to Camelback??
  8. Guess I forgot to write one. :-(
  9. That's the best when there's fresh perder and no one else around. Im hella jelly Atomic.
  10. Blue Knob is closed 'til Friday anyway. http://www.blueknob.com/trails.php I like trains. I like the Wizard of Oz. I like the Tin Man.
  11. Look Steeze, I was going through my old word documents and found my draft of this inane trip report. I usually type them in Word first and then paste them into this site just in case I accidentally hit the Post button before I'm done writing the inane trip report.
  12. Wow, you're incredible. I can't believe you remembered that I bought 3 passes and used 2. Actually I took the last pass back to Buckmans for a full refund.
  13. Decided to give you credit for it in case it earns me a couple extra Captain Wafers.
  14. Resurrection of another great thread. There's lots of powdees outside. My coworker called it powdees instead of freshies so that's what I've been calling it all week. My 170s are in the car but I didn't bring my boots, helmet, goggles, GoPro or snow pants. So I won't be skiing this week.
  15. Thanks for bumping this thread. It's certainly the raddest thread ever.
  16. Everything was open except Upper Runaway, and Upper and Lower Fasttrack. Coverage was excellent, I don't think I saw a single bare spot. Montage seems to have really improved over last year.
  17. It was aight. Skied every open trail except White Lightning. There was a ridiculous amount of ice at the top of Smoke, so I only did that one time. Since they haven't groomed it in a while it's a pretty nice moeghoul run after the ice part. At noon met up with a friend from highschool and made 3 runs with him, then had an alcoholic cider for $6.50 + $1.00 tip. When he snowboards he does 3 runs and then drinks for a half hour, then repeats. So I ended up only doing 12 runs at Montage in 5 hours but it was cool. Got to witness some epic pond skimming for the 3rd year in a row - I've gone to every Montage Mountainfest since I started skiing.

Thanks. Now I know what my weight is in every country in the world except the United States, Myanmar, and Liberia.
  19. Just catching up on this thread... what did I miss??? Roll calling can be controversial...
  20. Nah. Me and Ski2Live saw $1 at the bottom of the Burma lift last Sunday, and neither of us sprinted for it. Ski2Live said he would have if it was a five. Yesterday I found one dollar in the Wal-Mart parking lot and spent it on 10 for 1 candy at Five Below.
  21. I thought you were over skiing this season. Have you come to your senses? Haha. I guess so. The last few times out I've had a lot of fun. No idea why I wasn't into it during February.
  22. Might double dip Saturday and ski Montage and Camelback, then I'll get two more days added to my stats.
  23. Great troll post. Can't believe I actually doublechecked the leaderboard.
