Get on some wide skis and go fast and use a lot of power in your turns and you should be just fine getting through the mashed potatoes..in a typical warmer ski season you're gonna encounter spring conditions a lot so might as well work on your mashed potato skiing. Get forward and power through them.

Thats nice to see. I wish more than 2 trails were open. I also wish I could skip out on work tomorrow, but I'll save that for when most of the mountain is open and the snow is light like titty sparkles.

Well you chose the post pessimistic map. A nice band to our south and west setting up and moving east.  Will probably start dumping right about when I get to work.

I prefer the realistic map.

Looking at the radar shows a lack of movement of the band to the South and East and just a dry patch over our area, unfortunately.

On top of it all, the temps are too high for any snowmaking and someone fucked up Blue's webcams.
An image of the ceiling isn't doing a hell of a lot of good, although the valley cam looking at the sky showed some flurries this morning.
