I frequently stop at the Lehigh Valley rest stop, and there's no Hardee's there. There's a Sunoco, Starbucks, Roy Rogers, Cinnabon, Roadside BBQ, and some Italian restaurant. 1

It's the busiest rest stop in PA in terms of traffic / sales volume, its also only one of 3 rest stops in the state with access from both the north and south lanes. Hickory Run is another.
