Get on some wide skis and go fast and use a lot of power in your turns and you should be just fine getting through the mashed potatoes..in a typical warmer ski season you're gonna encounter spring conditions a lot so might as well work on your mashed potato skiing. Get forward and power through them.

Some progress, PT identified a large trigger point nodule at the base of my skull, pressing on my occipital nerve. We are trying to loosen it up, headache a bit better since she worked on it. Gonna see her twice a week until it is resolved. Bodies are amazing in their ability to self protect, guess I tensed up so bad to brace for impact I gave myself this other issue.

Spent all day outside doing some stuff that needed to get done. Grass finally starting to grow. This week I need to mulch. Driveway resurface scheduled for next week.

Was just chatting with my friend who’s been at his Barbados beach house this whole time. It’s hard for him to believe what’s happening here.  He asked when bars are gonna open back up.  I said maybe July.

Anybody go outside today??? It was like summer.  This Saturday low of 37 high of 52 that’s more my kind of weather. 


Took my girls to the softball field for a few hours, then took the dog for a walk and swim, and jumped in our pool with my youngest... not quiet swimming weather yet!

Spent the majority of sunlit hours outside, washed car, putzed around yard, took the bike out for a ride, drank beers on the deck.

You’re lucky you have a pool. I heard most public pools are gonna be closed this summer.
