a good college buddy of mine lives in state college and tussey is his home hill. i've skiied there with him a couple of times....it's good for what it is. oddly enough, i never did ski at tussey when i was attending PSU. #poorcollegestudent

They definitely had a $10 college night, I think Wednesday, that got me out on the hill.

Tussey looks almost identical to Ski Sawmill, which was a $10 ticket on Tuesdays when i was in college.

I think I only made it to Tussey twice when I was at Penn State...Blue Knob once.  They had a stocked fishing pond across from the mountain, I used to fish that when it was warmer

Salty if you ever go to blue knob talk to Johnny Law about it first..he’ll tell you some sick spots to hit and also about a railroad with a curve.

Blue Knob is awesome if there's a good amount of natural snow.  Looks like they don't have a lot of trails open currently

I'm actually considering buying a digital camera for Steamboat. My current camera is a Canon Powershot I bought in 2008. 

Why carry two devices? Forget it....I won't start. Lol

He has a work iPhone he can use that to take radical pictures.  I know Enjorales will probably take some video so all will be good.

When I go out west, and occasionally when I fish, I bring my Olympus digital camera.  I think it's the Stylus Tough model or something like that...waterproof, crushproof, etc.  I guess it's kind of a pain carrying that plus a phone, but at least I don't have to worry about dropping my phone in the snow or off the lift.

hell yea salty!  i love seeing these little local hills.  part of me thinks it would be cool to go on a road trip hitting the small resorts across america, but no point in doing that when you can take a trip to real resorts out west
